We weren't looking to spend a lot, and we also weren't looking for things that we weren't going to have time to use, such as a spa, pool, fitness room, etc. It had just been renovated within the last few months, and everything was in great shape. Plus it was a good deal on top of that.

Cons (-) There were stains on the comforters. The microwave buttons hardly worked. I think the owners are about bottom dollar. They did the least amount possible to this place.
