The maintenance of the room should be better. The room is clean but the bathroom is not that clean leaving the old toothbrush and cotton butt from previous and some area such as under the tv cabinet is not that clean with old dust still there not be wipe off. Vy noisy at nite as kept hearing people running and moving furnitures upstairs as early as 3am till 6am. Tv not functioning, no bathrobe and shower cap as mentioned in facilities given in description. 1) Toilet smells bad. 2) door is hard to open 3) the lamp is not function 4) no towel, i have to go downstair to take the towel. The bedsheets and pillow cover are dirty. Breakfast fried mee no fresh. Smelly. Totally cannot eat. If looking for spacious room, yes, this is the hotel that you need. Other than that, please consider to look for other hotels. Cleanliness is too poor. Dusty room, smelly mattress cover, blockage drains in the bathroom. No security guard at the parking area, which personally feel not safe at all. The room cigarette odor was terrible. Almost all area including the hotel corridor has the same smell. The housekeeping responded immediately and tried to use the room perfume to remove the smell, it help a bit though. The suite room is dirty and so not a suite room's standard. i.e: dirty floor, dirty cabinet, dirty toilet (I can make a mini pool since water drainage in the shower is so bad), no towels and laundry bag upon check-in (so had to request for it and also hair towels are upon availability?), used bed sheet in the wardrobe? Also breakfast variety is limited and is not to be looking forward to (but the nasi lemak is delicious). Poor maintenance of the hotel or the room. Maintenance of the property need to be improved. Room 512 very dusty, aircond not function. Wifi very poor coverage and speed. The hotel room was not maintained well. Upkeep is poor (Ex. missing side table beside bed, lamps not plugged in, no mat in toilet, had to use hand towel, phone not working). Upsetting was the dirty toilet seat cover and no toilet paper! Informed front desk but only toilet paper was supplied, toilet still not cleaned. Restaurant does not serve basic drinks like Milo or hot chocolate or Americano. Toilet seats old and dirty. I’ve lot things to complaint. Seems like the room hasn't been maintain or cleaned properly. Dusty is everywhere. There is no soap or shampoo provided and shower place drainage clogged. Smells very awful and I need to spray using perfume to let the smell go. The Receptionist is not friendly and seriously talk with no manner and not professional. I even have to waited 30 mins to check-in, arrived at 3:10pm and room not ready?? Called receptionist few times but no answer., helpless. Also, towels got stained and got torn everywhere. If you wanna stay here make sure you don’t expect too much. Overall experience, wasn't satisfied.
