Excellent food, good decor , helpful staff
the service was excellent , the hotel comfortable and well placed and the food was good
The staff were extremely approachable, friendly, kind and nothing was too much trouble. Thr room was spacious and clean. There was a relaxed and calm atmosphere to the hotel and especially the room. Very stylish decor which included classy and tasteful furniture. The food was exceptional.
I have sat here for almost an hour and I can honestly say I can't find a fault with the hotel, room, food, staff or location.
Great location. Lots of character
What a suoer hotel. Truly relaxing, great food, dinner and breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Geat views. A must if you are in the area.
very comfortable room/bathroom - with space
the bar furniture could do with being reorganised
This is not a hotel but a busy noisy bar and restaurant. Anyone wanting a quiet weekend should be warned not to book. A rock concert on the green was not known about by the staff and should also have been warned about. Traffic noise. Hot stuffy room with local drunks outside until 12pm.Pictures suggest idyllic rural setting. Reality on edge off two roads.
The booking system for breakfast and paper did not seem to work.
I liked the walled garden and the food was of a high quality
We had one robe, one bath sheet but there were two of us! The person who showed us to our room noted this fact but did nothing to rectify it - although this is a very small thing to comment on!
Fantastic food - especially the 3 course breakfast Room was modern and clean - particularly liked the bathroom
everything, particularly the staff
