10 min to get an elevator? Outdated furniture in rooms, cracks in walls, wall paper peeling, poor silicone repair all over the place, old carpets, rooms simply not up to par. Very let down, especially for the price I paid. Valet damaged my car to add insult to injury and tried to cover it up!
Cons (-) i did not get the room until 4:15 pm...i have never been in a hotel that they wont give me the room at least at 2:pm...i did not get my luggage into my room for anther 1:30 hr..so i had to wait in my room until 5:45 to be able to go down to the pool....and they did not give me proper apologize...it felt like they did not care about getting a good feed back from me, or want me to go back...
Cons (-) I'm extremely on happy with the customer service, I was told by the front desk at check-in that all resort fees are included, I was surprised at checkout to see those fees add to my bill, when I spoke with the manager Normita Netterville and explained the situation she was very rude and unhelpful and said out loud that if I don't like the hotel policies I can go next time somewhere else!
Pros (+) Dominique was very rude front desk! The hotel d ouble charged me! I'm still waiting on a refund for double charged resort fees! I was told free Wifi and they still charged me for wifi! I asked for a bay view.. And they gave me a shopping plaza view .. I would've paid extra for a better view but the guy Domnique lied and said I already had a bay view .. :(
Pros (+) The staff was very nice as they upgraded my room to an ocean front view. I had a great view with a very large room.
