Pros (+) The night manager was helpful.
Cons (-) The first room we were given turned out to have someone in it. The second on had been used by someone before we got there. The third was big but smelled like smoke and was musty. The tub still had water in it. The TV had to be reprogrammed every time it was turned on and the volume would come on at max. We have stayed at this hotel before but it is going down hill. We won't be staying there again.
