One hour from sitting down to dinner until food served
The evening meal was first class as was the breakfast. We also really liked the position of the hotel across from the village green.
We found the bed in the lovely bedroom a little too soft for our tastes but this is no-one's fault but rather our own need for a firmer mattress.
Pleasant ambience with comfortable bedroom and evidence of recent refurbishment, good sporting or entertaining locus with decent food and wine.
Food and freindliness
Convenient for visit to area
Food not up to expectation, dissapointing menu
Fantastic Food, friendly helpful staff. Although a little small, the room was well furnished, and very comfortable.
Situated on the main road of quiet village, a first class hotel in which to celebrate that special occasion. 2AA Rosettes breakfast menu too!
As the hotel name suggests, the focus is on the à la carte restaurant rather than holidaying guests. Small off-road car parking area.
Service slightly slow
Lovely room and very pleasant staff. Good food.
The room decorated with fish wallpaper!!!
