Reasonable rate for comfort. The bed felt like my bed at home. The rooms were quiet and smoke free. As a traveler it is important to have a fridge and microwave. Staff or owners were very accommodating and courteous.
I feel comfortable and at peace each time I stay. For the price it's a excellent deal.
Cheap. Safe. Quick check-in and check-out. Stayed here one night with my daughter as an easy alternative to a two-hour commute (4 hours round trip) back to the area. The lobby is nicer than the rooms but the rooms matched the price. Arrived late in the evening, slept and left early in the morning. Old furniture and room that wasn't the cleanest but the carpet didn't make me want to wear socks to walk on it and the bed didn't seem dirty or make me think twice about sleeping in it. Stayed in room 114 (I believe, one room off the corner on the ground floor on the front side of the motel). Bathroom drywall seams needed repair, were popping but no holes in the wall or anything. Sink, which is just outside of the bathroom, was old with porcelain discolored (but I don't think the drain was rusted). Shower grout needed cleaning, we left w/o showering.
What did you like? Looks like the beds were at least clean. What didn't you like? The rooms were nasty. Cigarette butts under the beds. Only one light worked in the whole room. There wasn't a normal air/heating unit. They actually had a window unit sitting on the floor as the heat and air...

it was perfectly located, and sufficiently clean. there was no breakfast. A few stale individually wrapped rolls, and very bad coffee. That. Was. All.
It was quiet Staff was unprepared for my arrival +did not even now I had a reservation and paid already) had to show them my email. The heater did not work and the staff did nothing about it.
Price was the deciding factor. Free wifi was a plus. Seemed clean and bed was fine. I expected not to have amenities with a one star but the sidewalks are cracked and falling apart and the end door where rooms are accessed stays unlocked for anyone to enter. Both of these are safety hazards.

High bathroom ceiling, room door that leads to the parking lot, HDTV, cable with HBO, strong wifi signal, ice machine in hallway, parking lot has cameras, able to extend stay without much hassle, staff is professional and friendly, fast food close by. Hot water ran out too fast, heater made strange noises all night even when turned completely off, toilet sits low and the toilet chain had to be adjusted to keep it from running, HDTV needs to sit higher; it is kind of hard to watch while laying in bed.
Located right by interstate and several restaurants. Three other restaurants deliver. Rooms have a door that leads to parking lot. Security cameras in parking lot. Ice machine available. HDTV in room with cable. Strong wifi signal. High shower ceilings. Heater made strange noises even when turned completely off. Hot water would run out of shower after about 20 minutes. Parking lot could have used some salt due to ice and packed snow.

Location, close to highway and restaurants. Couldn't run the heater. Burning smell quickly set off the smoke detector. Otherwise, the room was clean.

His behavior and time of talking was very rude and uneducated. We booked the regency in through kayak and main provider was hotels.comhotels.com. Hotels.com not only gave is refund but also have us $20 complimentary gift card. They called the hotel about the experience and also started some investigation. We decided not to stay in any other hotel that evening as we were pretty shaken up by the experience. It was a scary and very unprofessional dealing. It was the worst experience of out life. It was clean and quiet, a little off the beaten path, but close to stores and a restaurant, and the highway, but far enough away that it was quiet. The air conditioner wasn't set low enough and it was a little stuffy in the room
