The largest condos are three bedrooms, and they are at least 1,000 square feet of space with the capacity to sleep eight occupants.

Each of the condos has basic cable and telephones for making local calls. The kitchens contain microwaves and dishwashers. Some of the condos have fireplaces that take prepackaged logs which are for sale in the property's office. Visitors can also expect to have all the needed cookware and dishware in the kitchens.
