Most staff is friendly, great location and a friendly staff, the room is very clean, very close to the station and buses, a 3-minute walk, night markets just down the road with amazing food, the included breakfast had many options, staff are super friendly and accommodating, providing directions, tips, umbrellas, extra bottles of water, our room was always kept clean each day, you can see Taipei 101 from the window of our room, the breakfast also has a good spread, the location of the hotel is super convenient with the train station just a 3 minute walk away and a bus stop nearby, all of the staffs were very friendly and accommodating, they arranged our airport transfers back and forth without asking for extra fees, cheaper than booking the car with Klook, they kept our bags for 5 hours also coz our flight was at night, above all, our room has the best view of the Taipei 101, great location and great view to Taipei 101, strategic location, very near metro train station, exceptional service and the bed was very comfortable, staff Jamie and the rest of the staff really go the extra mile, breakfast was great too, excellent location close to public transport and many food outlets, hotel was clean, efficient and the breakfast was very adequate, the location is great, 5 minutes walking from Taipei 101 and great view from my window, the location is great, rooms are nice and well equipped, the breakfast was also very delicious, fantastic location, spacious room and great views on Taipei 101, would definitely visit again if back in Taipei, it's so clean and beautiful, the staff is so nice, good location and warm welcome, easy self check-in, bed very comfortable, bathroom is clean and offers everything you need, good room, good service near the MRT, department store, Taipei International Convention Center

You can hear the traffic noises, the rooms are very small, we paid for a deluxe double and it was small, no heater and extremely small, no heating and in a cold day that is bad, despite a prime location next to Taipei 101, my experience was marred by cold showers at the year-end temperature, poor soundproofing, and noisy neighbors with unhelpful staff, the water pressure was terrible and had issues, the three-star hotel did not align with the disappointing stay, the only downside to our room was that the bathroom was blocked off by not a full-size wall, the wall didn't touch the room so if you're staying with another person you can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom, the room was very small and hard to move around even with 2 people in the room, as the hotel is right next to the main road, we could hear the sounds of moving cars late into the night, someone was smoking in their room and the smoke came to my room so it was hard to sleep, I also had problems with the air condition, there was 16 degrees celsius in my room at night and I cold not get it heat even I set the room temperature to 24, housekeeping not standard, eg, something no replenish water, the only downside to our room was that the bathroom was blocked off by not a full-size wall, the wall didn't touch the room so if you're staying with another person you can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom if you get what I mean, the room was very small and hard to move around even with 2 people in the room, as the hotel is right next to the main road, we could hear the sounds of moving cars late into the night, the room was tiny and so was the bed, too small for two and rather uncomfortable, the room was so tiny that when I opened one of my trolleys there was no place for another, the room was too small, the glass wall in the bathroom was leaking water, the room size is too small for 2 guests, there is almost no space to put the luggage, the that night was winter and the AC was too strong, mattress doesn't seem to be in good condition, as it has sunk on one side, making it slightly uneven, it's look like your mattress might need repair or replacement, I thought for a budget hotel like this, I'll have a super adequate breakfast, but it wasn't, many options for the breakfast, the room was clean with various amenities, the room was too small
