The hotel is being renovated
Pros. The pool, pool bar and the view are great.
Cons. My room had two burnt out bulbs. The bathroom had no counter top to put my toiletries. The room was very plain and did not hav a warm and cozy feel. I was told the breakfast started at 7. I went right at 7 because I had to get on the road for a 8am appointment, the waiter told me breakfast was at 7:30. so i waited thinking I will could grab a quick bite and go. When they finally opened the buffet, all of a sudden 20 people showed up and stood in line. I didn’t get my breakfast until 7:50. The breakfast was good, I just wish I was told of the 7:30 start so I could have planned my morning meeting accordingly.
Pros. Nice view, nice staff, away from the huzzle of town, beautiful facility, shuttle to town very reliable

Cons. Maintenance service, on the day my family checked in the room my children selected in had a leaking AC and hazardous. I called the lobby and asked if they can fix it, they said yes and it will be done by tomorrow. Second day, after coming back from activities the AC was the still leaking. I called again and notified them that the ac was still leaking, they told me they were sorry and will get it done by tomorrow. Third day came in and after coming back at 7pm it was still leaking. I personally went up to the front desk and complained that NOTHING done. They said once again said they're sorry and will get it done by tomorrow for sure or get another room. It was too late for my kids to switch rooms so I waited till the next day. Fourth day rules in, me and my kids walk in the room after 5 PM to see if anything is done. We end up finding the AC machine removed and left on the ground with dust all over the floor, now the room offiacly doesn't have enough ac. I had enough I ended up switching my kids room. Now instead of them only being 2 rooms starts they ended up on the other side of the building
