Pros (+) The property is on a main artery in Tampa and the rooms are nice.
Cons (-) Bathrooms old and dated. Grout and fixtures although clean look dirty and stained. Also only one ingressand egress for the parking lot

Pros (+) Convenient to downtown (~10 minute drive) at a much lower cost than downtown hotels, decent breakfast. If you're looking for a nearby dinner option, there's a great Thai food truck right next door.
Cons (-) Room comfort was ok, but not great. The A/C worked for temperature, but the air always smelled stale when I came back to the room.
