Did not have hot water for bath, always slow to get towels for room, advertised restaurant was closed down, no drink machines on site, did not honor do not disturb sign...most terrifying was another family had their dog stolen from their room.
The facility has a great potential, but seems to be neglected.
Rooms were clean. Had more than basic cable.
Second time in 2 months stayed here that heater in room didn't work. Even stayed in a different building. Both times they said maintenance would look at it in the morning. Does no good on a one night stay. Even switch rooms on the second stay and same type of issues. Never again!

The shower was decent and there were no bedbugs found in the room that was given to my son and me.
The place is on its last leg as a travelers' hotel. The negative travel reviews are accurate. Upon arrival at 2 a.m., the young man who came to the main entrance - it was locked - looked like he just woke up. He stated he was not informed about the report of bedbugs, but was able to explain what is done if they are found. Given the reports, and as a former hotelier I checked carefully for bedbugs. None were found or experienced during the short 6-hour stay but the linen is threadbare, there was a spring sticking out of one mattress, the toilet had major stains in the bowl, the dirty room carpet had tears in it and the wallpaper was shredding where it meets the ceiling. There were a total of 2 hangars, no soap and the one washcloth had yellow stains.
They did not honor our reservation that had been made months in advance for 2queen beds. We were a group of three adults. We were given a king bed. The. Informed that that moring we were at the bottom of the list and were given the king room. However there was now a room with two double beds. Beds were old and saggy. What is the point of a reservation?

We were booked into rooms that were already taken. We walked in on the already existing people staying there(not a good situation) The public restroom was disgusting (dirty) as well as the kitchen (you can see it from a corner). The continental breakfast was not appealing. The pancakes tasted gross, the oranges had skins that were so tough you couldn't peal them. The bread was dried out. They did not take care of this arrangement at all. We had issues with keys working. Unstable WIFI. We were very disappointed. Would not recommend this place at ALL! I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience of it all. It is my understanding that this site is suppose to help with good accomodations.
