Pros (+) Our room was perfect. Very spacious, clean, no problems. The staff... was wonderful they were so kind. We came prior to check in time, and enjoyed their outside patio area. They were very nice and even interacted with my kids. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) The only issue we ever had, was 1 staff member was slightly rude when my husband went to the front to ask a few questions he had, he was directed back to the room to just call instead of answering them at that time. But that is very minor to how wonderful our stay was.

Pros (+) Great service, clean & spacious rooms! The check in staff was extremely courteous. We arrived rather late (3am) from CA. We were upgraded to a suite and added an hour to our check out time. It was the best sleep we had on our way to Texas. Our stay left us with a great impression of the Phoenix & Tempe area.

My mom is blind and has trouble walking, location of the room was perfect! What astounded us was how clean the room smell when we opened the door. Will definitely return!
