Pros: we brought our own breakfast supplies because of dietary requirements. We would like to have been able to borrow a toaster, but was not available.
Pros: The beds where lovely and comfortable. Plus the place was very quiet so easy to sleep.
Pros: Room service chicken caesar was excellent!
Pros: Bed was super comfy, clean and cafe was lovely.
Cons: The room price for 1 night.
Pros: The bed was amazing!
Cons: Couldn’t really work out the air conditioner and so it got really warm in the room. But that’s probably just me being hopeless.
Pros: Easy check in and check out service. Cafe downstairs
Cons: The quilt cover was dirty
Pros: The beds were amazing. We were there a wedding at the venue so position was perfect for that but didn't get the chance to look around the area.
Cons: That breakfast wasn't included in price
Pros: So convenient to stay at The Wedding Venue!!! Lovely Penthouse Thankyou
Pros: We stay there every time we are in Sydney. Love the place particularly staff and the beds.

Pros: the view of the beach is amazing. the size of the room and the bed was so comfortable. bed was made daily.
Pros: location to party function
Cons: water over the floor due to it being a wheelie room, hey but no big deal
Pros: It was a good location for us to visit a relative....our only reason for staying there. Staff very helpful and plessant.
Cons: It was very basic and quite tired esp the carpet
Pros: This must be the 5th or 6th time we've stayed here over the past 4 years. Location is excellent. Parking is good. Rooms are very big. Beds are comfortable. Balcony large with an amazing view over the beach/ocean. Not too noisy the 4 nights we stayed (Wed to Sun) in July. Bus stop nearby to Wynyard, Manly and Palm Beach. We had a large superior sea view room. Bistro not bad, but would benefit from a few more vegetarian options and regular clearing and cleaning of the tables, which were pretty dirty the dinners we had there.
Cons: Breakfast was adequate, but plates, cups, cutlery were not clean - lipstick on cutlery and mugs as an example every morning. Also, the location of the towel rails in the bathroom was right next to the toilet, far from the shower/bath - in such a big bathroom, WHY??? Bathroom was pretty dark. Coffee table wasn't clean and nor was the sofa. The plastic covered sofa (with crumbs and food stains in the cracks) was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on, so we sat on the beds when in the room.
Cons: Shower rose shot water out like darts and diverter leaked a lot. “City view” turned out to be “block of units view”.
Pros: breakfast was good and good location rooms just a little outdated
Cons: a little run down
Pros: All good
Cons: Lighting terrible in room
Pros: Clean & comfortable & great location
Cons: Very noisy eating at the bistro, but food was very nice
Cons: The price for local business owners and the way the account was handled . Over priced .
Pros: Location friendly staff
Cons: The weather way a chilly

Pros: The location was great
Cons: Smelled so strongly of smoke, shared bathroom, not very good value for money.
Pros: Position only
Cons: 1/• The name was misleading "INN" ?? implies extra amenities not a single inaccessible room. 2/. Access: no designated pathway, hose or trip factors, down steps past a laundry into a narrow, dirty stairwell to circular narrow staircase to room landing. 3/ NO SMOKE DETECTORS in stairwell or room; 4/ Greeted by a large American Bull dog type breed dog who accessed the interior of our car immediately we opened the car door - the owner lacked control; 5/ Room congested with junk furnishings not convincingly clean; Tea and coffee facilities tumbled into a large box and still in their own opened used boxes covered with a tea towel 6/ Bathroom. Mould in grout areas, USED SOAP blocks. Not sure if sheets and bedding were clean as they did not feel or appear crisp. 7/ RATED as 4 star (5 on some sites) This is totally misleading. Who does the rating? In our local town this property would not be considered legal due to fire regulations. 8/ VALUE FOR MONEY: low considering all above factors it was expensive.
Pros: Good size room with frige, microwave & breakfast
Cons: The bathroom was a bit unclean.
Pros: Breakfast was included. Passionate dogs.
Cons: No train station nearby. Water bottle too small but water was really good.
Pros: Owner was extremely thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: The room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. I opened all the windows all day but even when I got back it still smelt like smoke.
Cons: Smell of incense trying to cover tobacco smell. Didn't have our own bathroom, were woken by someone else using bathroom at 5am. No milk for a cup of tea. Very narrow winding staircase to room.
Pros: My Wife stayed at this location, this is her review. Location of property excellent as I was close to the Northern Beaches Hospital whilst I visited my sick mum. Fortunately due to inadequate warmth of Doona( it is winter) they did have air-conditioner, however, that is very drying if left on all night out of necessity )The piece of pie left was a nice gesture however it did mean access to the room was made whilst I was not there.
Cons: Cost - $110.00 is very steep for the presentation of the room. The promo of the property is inaccurate and misleading. Unfortunately, the sheets and doona were of low quality. It was a cold room. There was a thicker blanket at foot of the bed which was covered in hair? Whos. (Didn't look freshly laundered). I went to shower and noticed that it must be a shared shower given contents left around and dirty drinking glass on vanity which looked like it had held a toothbrush ?? The tea and coffee were presented in an open box? How old and how clean/hygienic that is when it is used by everyone? Single sachets are more appropriate. The Access to the property is around the back past the dogs sleeping area etc. and the stairs leading to the room -scary if you are older than 50 !! They are a metallic spiral stairwell. I have stayed in properties through booking .com before and this rated the lowest so far! Misaka the host was lovely and friendly but unfortunately, the standard of the place didn't measure up, not charging $110.00 per night.
Pros: Easy, neat, simple and clean. Lovely hosts and laid back environment.
Pros: Very friendly, very comfortable and well equipped.
Cons: The metal spiral stairs were steep and narrow when carrying stuff to the room.
Cons: Access Sharing toilet with a smoker Dogs that wake up everyone when trying to get in quietly

Pros: Everything ok location quiet
Cons: No tissues in bathroom
Pros: So close to everything beautiful stay
Pros: It was less noisy than I expected for accommodation behind a pub on a Friday night.
Cons: After a pleasant greeting from the barman who then went to find the manager, check-in (at the bar of the pub) was unwelcoming and confusing, and seemed to take a very long time for what was a pre-paid booking. My credit card and drivers licence were taken ‘out the back’ and out of my sight for so long that I became rather anxious. I was made to feel more like a nuisance than a paying guest.
Pros: No breakfast available Had to walk 30 mins to Dee Why for breakfast
Cons: No breakfast, no bath mats, no hair dryers
Pros: Comfortable bed. Great bistro and bar staff
Cons: It is looking a bit dated
Pros: Pleasant staff
Cons: Hair dryer. Empty stinking cigarette bins outside rooms.
Pros: breakfast wasn ;t avaiable
Cons: that i had to find a place that made breakfast
Pros: Very comfortable
Cons: The Bathroom door in the room was to heavy and couldn't slide shut
Pros: Newish and clean. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: The entry to half the units around the back fence. A bit scary at night. No real security measure in place like a code entry gate or even CCTV.
Pros: The location was ideal for the purpose of my attending a meeting at Collaroy. The Bistro was good value for lunch and the food was great.
Cons: A little less band noise

Pros: great location and affordable prices for the cabins
Pros: Location, layout of the park. Staff were excellent.
Cons: An extra blanket in a cupboard would of been great. Broken cupboard door almost fell on my daughter when she tried to open it.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and the views were lovely, staff were helpful and courteous.
Cons: The gate lock broke and we were unable to get out of the villa, the lock was removed and we were able to leave but it was unsafe with the two small children I was travelling with, we were told it would be fixed the next morning. It was not fixed! It wasn’t fixed until the afternoon the day before we left.
Cons: could have a few pet friendly studios etc
Cons: I very much didnt like that the price went up $10 each time I looked at the booking. Price went up $10 in the first 20 mins on the first nite looking. That did not make me happy!!?
Pros: perfect location never had breaky
Cons: it could have been for free
Pros: The location is great
Cons: After a mistake with our ten day booking we were offered a discounted cabin. Had we paid full price, we would have paid an average of well over $200 per night, during off season. Entering our cabin, we found dirty broken blinds, dirty crockery, stains on furniture and blanket, excessive mould and rotting timber in bathroom, in fact we couldn't understand how this cabin passed a health inspection. The water temperature was impossible to regulate, being either too hot or too cold, making showering very unpleasant, towel rail dislodged from the back of bathroom door, and the internet connection was very poor. Our cabin had a car parking space but to get to it, we had to drive down a footpath and navigate around trees. The park itself is not well maintained. Some of the bins stank so badly that we had to hold our noses when lifting the lid. The park also claims to have a swimming pool but this is not so. If you want to swim, it's either the ocean, the lake or the beach pool which is subject to closure by council at any unspecified time. The location of this park is fantastic and it is the location, we think, that enables this park to get away with charging so much for a cabin that we found to be more like a hovel than acceptable accommodation. Ironically on our way home we stayed at the the Bonny Hills Ingenia Big 4. Our cabin was extremely clean and bright. This park also has beachfront location and water parks etc for children, plus a real swimming pool. At $87 per night, we wished we'd holidayed there instead of travelling to Sydney.
Pros: Good location
Cons: No hairdryer
Pros: This place is spotless, in perfect location, the cabin had everything you could need, the grounds are immaculate, receptionist was lovely, great value for money as you’re getting a 2 bedroom cabin for the price of a hotel room.
Cons: The fact it’s not pet friendly
Pros: Staff were great and upgraded us
Cons: Misleading advertising showing detached cottage but units when you got there
