The staff was amazing and so sweet! Amazing suites overlooking the caldera. Beautiful suite in a beautiful location.

Spacious excellent location with pleasing staff and great views. The floors are very slippery when wet. The rooms, possibly from the shower drain/sewerage system, had a very bad smell from them the entire time. The hotel was the highlight of our trip and a huge surprise. The location, staff, and property far exceeded our expectations.

The location of this hotel was exactly what we needed. It is on the end of the walkway/path so it is quiet but only steps away from all the action. The view from the hotel was better than I was expecting. The properties location is great, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Fira but also removed enough to not be too noisy and crowded. Exceptional location near enough to be in the thick of things within minutes but far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the tourist huddle and bustle.

The beds were a little hard for our liking. Stayed in The Norma suite. It was huge, clean, bright and the AC worked really well. It was right next to the pool, which no one really used so we felt like we had it all to ourselves every day.

The properties location is great, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Fira but also removed enough to not be too noisy and crowded. The views are outstanding and Stacey at the front desk was incredible. We loved her. Several aspects of Aria Suites were exceptional: 1.) the staff! Everyone was incredibly busy but went out of their way to make us comfortable, answer questions, make recommendations and respond to requests, 2.) the view! Absolutely incredible. No need to even go anywhere, just hang out at the pool and soak in the fantastic views, and 3.) the suite were absolutely delightful.
