My experience was perfect. Picked up the car at Europcar. Was helped by a worker called Hugo. He was very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend dealing with him when picking up your vehicle.

I arrived to collect vehicle which was not available at the location. I then had to go into ayr that location was closed. Resulting in looking for my payment of £93.40 from keddy. This is on going very poor 😢

Hi, I’m somewhat fed up with searching prices via the website and realising time and time again that the headline price has no relevance to the final price charged. Extra charges such as additional drivers, airport pick up surcharges were never mentioned either on the website or at the europcar desk . Additional charges appeared on my credit card several days after dropping the car that were not verbalised or highlighted prior to rental - seems somewhat unfair! Surely this should be more regulated!? The car itself was fine , although didn’t appreciate multiple attempts by the desk sales to upgrade the vehicle at the pick up point , feels like a lot of effort goes into up selling.

The service was excellent and fast. I had some issues finding the car at first due to a slight language barrier but I was able to ask a worker in the garage and found it quickly. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely rent from them again

Record Go ripped me off. The car had damage when I picked it up and the damage was indicated on the damage report - so I thought all good. After dropping the car off (with the same damage obviously) I have now been charged €500 for the damage - which was already there when I took the car. I have written to their customer support and am awaiting a response.

The car’s sensors were damaged because the car had an accident before we received it, so throughout all the trip it would keep on beeping as is there was some physical object too close to us.. we would be on long drives so that got very annoying. I don’t feel like we got a good value knowing that it was practically impossible to play music at times and everyone was annoyed at that flawed car.

Rented a car and when we arrived the office was closed at the time it should have been opened. They have good prices but you can see the things they overlook. This is the same company that charged us 150 euros because the car was returned "too dirty" (it was not). Last time I try to use them. Avoid this company. At Barcelona airport, just go for the companies that open until late: Sixt and Europcar.

The staff at the pick up location was unfriendly. The drop off staff was excellent. However, the drop off location address is not where the car gets dropped off. It drops in an underground parking lot a few blocks away from the Ok Mobility office.

They didnt give me car because I don't have international licence. If you check the art 135 highway law, you will see if I have official translation of my driving license I am allowed to drive in Italy. I showed my Canadian driving license and translation but they didn't give my car.

Ok mobility is trash. You have to wait hours to get your car. The car itself we had zero issues with but they also tack on insurance cost once you’re there even though I purchased “full coverage” through kayak. Won’t ever rent from them again.

Collection at airport was ok but we had to wait for the collection person as they had misunderstood our arrival time. We also had quite an old Audi A3 which was in good condition but had quite an old CD player and radio setup and no mod cons. Comfy though and staff were helpful and efficient.
