Pros:The woman who helped me both rent and return the car was incredibly nice and easy-going, and made the process painless.
Cons:My only complaint is that the drop-off was a little confusing. The entrance to the garage only listed "Parking," and the sign for Enterprise wasn't visible until you'd pulled into the parking garage.
Pros:she was super helpful and nice
Pros:They were very accommodating with price change as did not charge the correct amount at first.
Pros:They had a wonderful young lady drive me to the metro after my rental. She was pleasant and professional. The car was ok.
Cons:I arrived later than expected and even though I had confirmed my reservation and they had given my car to someone else. The man at the desk was very dismissive of me. I found him quite rude. They then had to drive me 20min away to another location to pick up another vehicle. The car smelled so strong of air freshener that it made me nauseous.
Pros:This was a great experience from top to bottom and I would undoubtedly rent from them again. They took such great care of us and were even kind enough to offer a free upgrade!!! Really made our weekend an enjoyable time!
Pros:A small super friendly business in the middle of Jersey City. I needed to rent a car on short notice, they had what I wanted at a competitive price I dodn't have to go out to the airport to get a car - they were near by and it could not have been better
Pros:Fast process, and i get a better car

Pros:Nice car; easy
Cons:Car not very clean
Pros:Friendly staff and easy pick up.
Pros:New car, easy to extend reservation
Pros:We really appreciated the pick-up and drop off at different locations. Car was clean, comfortable, zippy and fuel-efficient. Staff inHoboken was friendly and efficient. It was nice to have the EZ pass for tolls.
Cons:I was expecting a 4-door which would have been easier for us with 3 passengers. We were not sure how the charges would come to us using the EZ pass or whether there will be any extra fees for using it.
8.8 Very good
Pros:Reserved a full-size car, and was given a very nice small SUV. Great car. Good customer service.
Cons:Reserved the car for a 10 am pick up on memorial day weekend, and was told when we called to see if we could pick it up early that the car would be gone by 10 AM, so yes we needed to pick it up early. We would have been very upset to not have had a car available at our appointed pick up time. Drop off location in Hoboken did not open on time the morning we were dropping it off. A minor inconvenience.

Pros:Good price unlimited miles. East pick up drop off service from Staff was awesome
Cons:Windshield whipper fluid, any would be nice. I drove through a winter storm through the Catskills for 20 miles to get to a gas station to clean my windshield and buy fluid. Scariest moment I’ve had driving, like low fluid I get. This was bone dry note to sell probably the economy wasn’t the best choice to rent for the snow
Pros:Staff very friendly
Pros:I didn’t like anything because I never received any service or a vehicle. I was there on time maybe even 30 min before pick up but never got a vehicle I was told to wait atleast one hour and added to the wait list. So I went to eat by the time I got back they were closed for the day.
Cons:Atleast notified the customer of anything.
Cons:I rented a car to go to my best friend's bridal fitting. When I went to pick up the car, I was told there were none available and I would have to wait at least an hour an a half. The on-site manager was completely unsympathetic. When I asked why there were a number of cars in the lot available, he said he couldn't give me any of those because they were all reserved (as my car was also supposed to be). He gave me the phone number for another manager, who was better, but the only solution was for me to drive to another Hertz location 20 minutes away to pick up a car. By the time I finally got a car, it was an hour and 20 minutes after my reservation time and I was 20 minutes further away from where I need to go, causing me to miss the appointment. I was also promised compensation for all of the issues, but have yet to receive anything and paid full price for my reservation. The car itself was also very dirty inside when I got it.
8.0 Very good
Pros:Bluetooth connectivity to phone. Steering wheel controls. Speedy service. Smooth ride.
Cons:supplied GPS system touch screen needed recalibration: eg to select an R one had to tap the S; once connected to Bluetooth phone, the voice commands of the car could not find certain numbers; there should be some kind of drop off system even when the office is closed on the weekend.

Cons:picking up from the counter was awful, no service, took 30 min to get everything sorted out despite me being the old customer there
Pros:The car was great - clean, ran well, and I even had to call Support because I locked the keys inside and they were extremely helpful finding someone’s to help me.
Cons:Only one employee was scheduled on the Tuesday before a busy holiday for traveling and he was expected to manage both Avis and Budget? I didn’t wait too long in the grand scheme of things but you should definitely be more prepared to handle then influx in business for next year. I don’t recall the guy’s name but he did awesome given the circumstances. All I heard then entire time I was waiting was the phone ringing in the background but he didn’t have time to answer it.

Cons:The car smelled like someone finished smoking.
