Large king suite and clean room. Unfortunately, Highway noise loud even through thick windows. Made hard to sleep.
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out were efficient and brief. The waffles and oatmeal were good.
Cons (-) The breakfast was underwhelming. The hot food was gross and the bagels/breads were stale. The hot tub wasn't hot and there were no towels by the pool. I think I over paid for what we got. I think I'll try across the street next time.
Pros (+) Overall everything was great, I use to live in the area & for last minute reservations for New Year's Eve night with a 3 month old the acommendations were perfect.
Cons (-) We checked in about 5:30pm New Year's Eve, just walked right up to the desk. 2 young ladies were behind the counter & immediately let me know they would be right with me. One was Showing the other how to do something, when another employee walked in behind the desk & was told "oh you can help her" she was very rude when she helped me not even a hello, have a nice night you can tell she didn't want...

Pros (+) Convenient to freeway, gas station, Walgreens, and casual restaurants. Breakfast was good, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, hot coffee, etc. every morning plus the "to-go" brown bag breakfasts are available for those in a hurry. The bed was super comfortable.
Cons (-) Not as clean as other Hampton Inns I have stayed at and the front desk usually only had one person who was on the phone most of the time. The hotel faces the freeway, the traffic noise was very loud. There were no lights on in the parking lot the first night; it was really dark and creepy getting to my car!
