Cons: The cleaning staff kept ringing the doorbell when the do not disturb sign was on. I am pregnant and was trying to sleep. When I didn't answer the reception kept calling my room...I told them they should not disturb people and just leave a note under the door as most hotels do. Eventually they left a note saying please let us know when to clean your room. They should have done this originally. The woman at reception said,"but it is past 12 o'clock, we need to clean your room."That's not usually how it works in a 5 star hotel :( Also thought they might offer us a free breakfast as we told them we just got married, but they didn't :(

We booked the massage on the service list however when we came in, the service push or force us to choice another one, because of they don't want service the massage which is we booked, then we have to change to that one of they want which is one of expensive. Cons: The front desk is super slow and with mistakes, plus bad face most of time. For sure not qualified for a 5 star hotel. AC in the room doesn't work, only with normal air. It was so hot for the 3 days staying. Further more, it seems like the room air hose connects with the kitchen's, because I can smell the smoke during dinner time!! Room was always half cleaned, can see the mark on the floor, with hair too. There was some sands in the bed 2nd day (It was still fine when I left the room). The piano at lobby is out of tune, and the pianist wasn't playing ok at all.

Cons: This hotel perfectly summarises Chinese way - they build nice hotels, but do not maintain them well. Wi-Fi router worked, but was not connected to internet, 1 hot-tub out of 2 did not work, windows are dirty, the bar at the 23-rd floor does not exist at all (despite what prospects are saying).

Cons: The standard of the hotel needs to be improved. Even in a business room we found a dirty carpet, some destroyed elements (in the bathroom or on the door to the living room). Generally the hotel did not meet our expectations. It is a bit old and needs to be renovated.

The hotel staff suggested joining WiFi from other rooms which I did, but this did not help! I had to use my phone the whole time I was there. This was not a problem with my device as I had rebooted a few times. This building is also an older building that has been given an exterior facelift.

Pros: Front staff were friendly and efficient. Wonderful Chinese breakfast with a tasty egg soup dish. Super clean bathroom. Close to main train station and metro but on the quiet side. Great value.

Pros: The rooms were clean, staff super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect coming from the railway station and it really close to everything we wanted to see(the eye, culture street, bars and restaurants)
