room only ok
The pool was lovely and the breakfast was wonderful. We had a room with two double beds and it was reasonably roomy for a family of 4. Also it was pretty quiet for a hotel room on a busy city street.
I received friendly service from the staff, and my room was very comfortable and clean.
It was a little inconvenient to be 15minutes walk from the main part of town. This wasn't so bad to get to town, but to walk home up that hill was quite tiring especially in the warm weather.
The staff was very friendly. They even upgraded us to a suite when my sister told them it was our anniversary.
Although the hotel has been updated, certain things are very old. For example, there are only 2 small elevators and 1 goes to only even floors and the other goes to only odd floors. If you stay on an even floor you must go up stairs to get to you elevator, and nobody offered to help with luggage.
The hotel has a great modern design, is very clean and has spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. The breakfast as well as the dinner had a wide choice of dishes and was very tasty. The hotel has a relaxing swimmingpool with nice view on the Kinneret and they offer free bathing towels at the swimmingpool. In the evenings you can have a seat at the public balcony and have a fantastic look over the city. Lots of minimarkets nearby the hotel and not more than a 20 minute walk to the boulevard where you will find great (fish)restaurants.Good value for your money!
We missed a kettle in the room so we could make a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings.
Clean and comfortable, moderately priced hotel. Relatively basic but adequate. Good breakfast. Free internet access in lobby (on hotel computers). Ample free parking. Pool.
Quite a long hike uphill from the main waterfront areas. Pretty much need to take a taxi to return. Was a barrier to going into town for a meal, shopping, etc. If I were to stay in Tiberias again, I would probably choose to pay a bit more to stay in a more convenient location but I might consider staying here again if the price differential was very large.
Friendly service & comfortable room.
The hotel's newly renovated look is very nice and the Galilee theme is a nice touch to the hotel's decor.
good for family. close to sea but not at shore. very nice breakfast included
Staff was extremely and sincerely friendly
They were renovating the whole place and therefore was a mess and too expensive
