Hotel Risveglio Akasaka

The hotel is situated in a very comfortable area, not too busy but at the same time very well connected. It is surrounded by lots and lots of restaurants, so you can explore Japan’s food culture here. It’s also close to Akasaka station so getting around is very convenient.

The hotel is very near to the station Akasaka Mitsuke which connects well to the major metro lines in Tokyo. There are lots of eateries just outside the hotel, and a megastore nearby for all your needs.

Staff are incredibly helpful - we left a mobile phone on the bullet train to Kyoto and had to rely on hotel staff to help recover it and get it back to us. The assistance and service provided by the staff has been exceptional, something very rare.

The hotel had a really cool design and theme. The room was quiet big and had a lot of amenities. The bed was the best part of the room, the most comfortable ever slept on. Pyjamas & coffee on tap were lovely touches.

The large variety of delicious breakfasts, additionally the maids would clean very sufficiently thus we felt comfortable. The overall design of the hotel was fascinating.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.

Some guests found the rooms to be on the smaller side, so if space is a priority, it may be worth considering upgrading to a larger room.
