My wife and I went to the pool area where the staff were very rude....WE were told in this huge hotel that only 8 people are allowed in the pool at any time...We were told to stand and wait..after 15 mins we were allowed into the pool, My wife and I got into the spa and no one else was in the spa, i attempted to take a photo of my wife in the spa and a staff member ran out rudely gave me a card telling me no photography ..like what ?? Im taking a picture of my wife in a spa by herself in a hotel we spent $1000 a night for...give me a break....
All was perfect !!
I cannot say that I have much experience of ultra-luxurious hotels, but this one is absolutely stunning! You can find everything your heart desires; and the architecture, the interior design and the comfort level provided make it a memorable stay worth your while - and definitely worth the price tag! My sister and I were sad to have to go..
Every little detail is so well taken care of; seriously, we could not find any flaw!
Great high quality hotel. Excellent rooms and facilities. Beds extremely comfortable.
Lots of “rules” spoiled our stay. We were unable to have a drink anywhere in the hotel with our teenage children after 6pm. Under 18s are not allowed to use the pool. Again ridiculous. Over 14 would be a better policy. Extremely expensive for what it was.
Good location and new hotel. Japanese style interior bery nice.
