Overview

The Capitol Hotel Tokyu is right in the heart of Tokyo in an area called Akasaka. Guests will be in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, bars, and other area attractions. There are also four stations for different subway lines that actually connect to the hotel property so travelers can get anywhere they want to go with ease.

The 251 rooms in The Capitol Hotel Tokyu are decorated with sleek elegance. Guests can choose to stay on the Club Floors to get access to “The Capitol Lounge SaRyoh” that’s located up high on the 27th floor with magnificent views over the city. Deluxe rooms contain traditional Japanese design in the décor. There are also Premier rooms, Junior Suites, Executive Suites, and Garden Suites. There are two representative suites of the hotel, the Sanno Suite and the Capitol Suite. These are the best rooms in the house.

There are a few restaurants in the hotel for guests to enjoy. Suiren is a Japanese restaurant. Star Hill serves Chinese food. Origami serves all meals of the day in a casual setting. There’s also an Origami Lounge area. Guests can enjoy a cocktail or two at The Capitol Bar or have a sweet treat at the Pastry Boutique. There is in-room dining available as well.

There is a full-service spa contained within The Capitol Hotel Tokyu where guests can book any treatments they desire. There is also an indoor pool for guest use. Outside the hotel there are many things to see and do. Some that are close by are Mori Art Museum, Yasukuni Shrine, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Imperial Palace, and more.
