Location was good. I went there for refuge during a typhoon, and the hotel was easy to access from the subway station without going outside. The bed was comfortable, the ensuite was clean and well-supplied, and the room was quite spacious for a single room in Tokyo.
One of the women at the front desk told me that rooms would be ready early on account of the typhoon, and another woman said she would let me know when rooms were ready for checking in, and that I should "go-anshin-kudasai." I waited in the lobby for 3 hours until after regular check-in time before approaching the front desk again. This was only irritating because I expected her to inform me, but she didn't. If she hadn't said anything about an early check-in, I wouldn't have minded. The food was unremarkable, but having a restaurant with great views of Tokyo bay was great. The ceiling creaked when the people in the room above me walked around.
Luxurious feeling room, very comfortable bed. Very good sized room, larger than expected.
No tea bags in room, cups not replaced when room made up.
The cafe and restaurants next to the hotel are delicious,it is also convenient because there are malls near the hotel which we can shop easily, it is a decent hotel overall.
The hotel room has no sea view.......
The hotel is very clean, light and spacious. You can also walk to the station to get to Haneda airport or the city centre easily. The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable.
I would have preferred a coin laundry service in the hotel that was open 24 hours. I checked in quite late and it would have been more convenient.
