Great location - essentially adjacent to the monorail which can get you to all key places in tokyo within a few minutes. Staff is super friendly, especially the concierge, Jovette.

I liked the view and how clean the hotel was. The staff was not very welcoming. I felt unwelcomed. Was not happy about my stay. Housekeeping didn’t change linens and i guess there was a card I was supposed to put on the bed but I didn’t know. No information given to me at check in.

From the moment I arrived to check in after getting off of a cruise ship in Yokohama to the moment I checked out and said goodbye to the lovely staff in the lobby, I enjoyed every second of this incredible property. Cons (-) There's absolutely nothing I would change, it was sublime! And that's coming from a New Yorker who stayed in some of the best hotels in some of the best cities across the globe and in some of the most luxury suites on the most luxurious ships on the ocean.
