Great location - essentially adjacent to the monorail which can get you to all key places in tokyo within a few minutes. Staff is super friendly, especially the concierge, Jovette.
I liked the view and how clean the hotel was. The staff was not very welcoming. I felt unwelcomed. Was not happy about my stay. Housekeeping didn’t change linens and i guess there was a card I was supposed to put on the bed but I didn’t know. No information given to me at check in.
Pros. Is there a star rating higher than five!? From the moment I arrived to check in after getting off of a cruise ship in Yokohama to the moment I checked out and said goodbye to the lovely staff in the lobby, I enjoyed every second of this incredible property. The views were luxurious, the rooms were definitely appointed, the club lounge and everything and anything I can need and more, and I will be racing back to Tokyo to stay here as soon as possible. I sale every luxury cruise line all over the world and this is by far the most hospitable luxurious stay I've ever experienced in my life anywhere in the world.
Cons. There's absolutely nothing I would change, it was sublime! And that's coming from a New Yorker who stayed in some of the best hotels in some of the best cities across the globe and in some of the most luxury suites on the most luxurious ships on the ocean.
