I liked the view and how clean the hotel was. The staff was not very welcoming. I felt unwelcomed. Was not happy about my stay. Housekeeping didn’t change linens and i guess there was a card I was supposed to put on the bed but I didn’t know. No information given to me at check in.

From the moment I arrived to check in after getting off of a cruise ship in Yokohama to the moment I checked out and said goodbye to the lovely staff in the lobby, I enjoyed every second of this incredible property.
