Its at best a 2 star wjrh a restaurant
Cons. The room could have been a bit bigger but then again so are most rooms in Tokyo
Pros. Tokyo area was greate.
Pros. Just about everything was as expected.
Cons. Only complaint was that room was too warm (March stay) we couldn't get the air conditioner to cool the room adequately and couldn't open the windows to cool it down to an acceptable level.
Pros. The stall was really helpful and was the only hotel that I stayed in Japan that provided soft pillows...
Cons. This hotel was the most expense one that I stayed in Japan, around US$185,00 and for that price I was expecting a much better room. The bathroom was disgusting with visible mold all around probably because the exhaust fan wasn't efficient enough to keep the moist out of it.. The toilet bowl underneath the seat was all black mold... The shower walls is getting yellowish probably because no scrubbing it's been done.. I saw a single room keeper guy cleaning the whole building floor when I got there but he was cleaning alone at least 18 rooms in that floor as I noticed the rooms doors was all wide open and he was running between those rooms with vaccum and cleaning supplies and etc... The blocks/area around of this hotel have lots of "massage" business places and lots of guys hanging around the walkway corners to offer girls to do a "special" job if you interesting... Definitely not a family hotel to stay ! Few blocks away from the opposite side of the Shinjuku Train Station I stayed at Sun Route Hotel of Shinjuku that was much much better location in the area and a family hotel with quality and breakfast include for under US$120,00. Hope this review helps lots of visitors.
Pros. This hotel cannot be beat for location and value. There are nicer and/or cheaper hotels in Shinjuku but I will be staying at the prince from now on.
