Excellent location and lovely place to stay in. Very friendly and respectful staff
Pros. Front desk staff were very friendly. Great location for theatre district.
Cons. The hotel was not all that busy and yet they put us in a room right beside the vending machine room and the maintenance/laundry room. Fortunately because it wasn't busy the noise was intermittent but it was a risky move all the same.
Pros. When we checked in the front desk inquired about our stay, and I said I was treating my husband because it was his birthday weekend. We arrived early and dropped off our bags. When we got to our room in the afternoon, the hotel generously had a large chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on the plate, waiting in our room for him. Lovely! Buffet breakfast the next morning was amazing as well!! We we placed in a very quiet room at the end of the hall with an amazing view of the CN tower.
Cons. Hotel curtains didn't close completely and we faced east, so early morning sky coming in. They need to fix the water damage in the bathroom. But that is being picky- great stay.
Pros. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room with free wi-fi, bottled water, tea and coffee, great location walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and tourist attractions
Cons. Pricey bar and restaurant
Pros. In the theatre district walking distance to Princess of Wales. Lots of restaurants in the area. Friendly staff even offering a bottle of water to take away on check out. Easy access by subway and street car from Unuon Station.
Cons. Nothing negative to report based on our 1 night stay.
Pros. i had a great time, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros. Staff gracious and kind.
Cons. Television didn't work all the time. Volume was issue
Pros. Nice, comfortable bed. Very spacious room. Lobby is spacious and uncrowdwe.
Cons. Ambulance siren at nite a recurrent annoyance.
Pros. Couldn't believe how close to everything this hotel was.. amazing! Outdoor pool on the 17th floor was amazing! Urban sanctuary type deal as sunny with a view of downtown and cn tower
Cons. No issues found during my stay
Pros. Quick service. When my granddaughter and I arrived, there was water on the bathroom floor, from a leaky toilet. The problem was resolved immediately. Professional and friendly staff.
Cons. Glass walls on the bathroom...greatly reduced privacy. Would prefer bathroom door with a handle.
