The decor and presentation of the hotel is very pleasant, and the staff very friendly Our room wasn't ready on arrival, we said we'd come back in a few hours to give them some time to sort it out, when we got back late in the afternoon and they gave us the key - they hadn't touched it. Towels all over the bathroom floor, beds un-made, rubbish over the floor etc. An oversite, but a pretty poor first impression to give your customers in what was otherwise a very pleasant hotel...

5.7+Location in easy walking distance to the city center. Comfortable rooms.-Very expensive and forced valet parking (17 Euro/day). Free wifi is of poor quality and cuts out often. The room rate is only good value if you pay a discounted price. The breakfast is priced at 22 Euro / pp. The rooms at the street-side are noisy. The insulation is mediocre (poor window frame fittings) and you will hear traffic noise all night long. The front desk is aware but warns that rooms on the backside of the hotel are also noisy due to garbage trucks coming through in the early morning.

I found the staff very helpful when wanting to cancel the booking after one very uncomfortable and expensive night. The synthetic / nylon sheets made the bed extreemly hot. we asked for and were given an extra room, no mention of price was given, but it was cheaper & better quality to stay four nights elsewhere. I would not stay again or recomend it to anyone

Great location, in the heart of Toulouse No safelock in the room, although it was mentioned in the service description. View on Place du Capitol only available for Suites, all normal rooms have unpleasant view on very narrow side streets.

The electric cattle in the room with tea bags. Size of wc is very small and location in the bathroom is also very bad (very difficult to sit). It is very uncomfortable.

Stayed in an executive room (which had a balcony and luxury coffee maker). Very quiet and comfortable. Not really in the centre of Toulouse. We walked out quite a way in the evening and didn't get near to it. If you stay there for a couple of days I expect you wouldn't mind the walk but for an evening just too far.

very close to the centre of Toulouse (walking distance), shuttle bus available at the Hotel's door step every 20 min to the Airport, very convenient, clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast was expensive at 15Euro, so did not try it. Instead I went outside where there are plenty cafes.

It was very nice and comfortable I had a very nice time over there the best thing is the Metro is just next to the Hotel. There is a very nice parc just behind the Hotel I advice every body to see it

Good sized room and being off the square, enabled leaving window open at night without undue noise (needed see aircon below)-Despite size of room, only standard double bed - room for something larger. Luckily it was cold outside because aircon was next to useless. Generally hotel public rooms etc need a refurb

7.0+The hotel was in the center of Toulouse which made sight seeing a dream. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went out there way to make the stay a memorable one. The hotel was very clean and evrything worked!-It is difficult to think of anything which was obviously wrong with the hotel. If anything it was the city that let the hotel down. Toulouse was like a lady who had fallen on hard times. She needed a new dress and a hair do.

It was a welcomed experience to have staff that spoke English. And though some didn't speak it great, they all actually tried which was nice. The hotel is set slightly back from the street in a tiny garden the front and it was only a 7-10 to the capital square and other places like Wilson Square. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was tidy and a decent size. I enjoyed my staff and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.Free wifi was great. Didn't have any problems with the hotel, but maybe bfast could have been cheaper.

When my husband was ill the receptionist was extremely helpful, contacting a doctor etc and allowing us to stay in our room late on the day we were leaving. The hotel is difficult to get to because of the narrow streets and one-way system in Toulouse.

Its hose was not long enough to use standing up. There also was no shower curtain. I stayed in another hotel in Toulouse with a similar arrangement, so maybe it is just local custom not to shower standing.

4.0+The location, its right in the center.-The rooms looking out on the small street are extremely noisy at night because of all the bars in the area. Make sure you ask for a superior room, they are a bit more expensive (eventhough they are the same size as the standard rooms) but look out on a courtyard/parking and are quiet.
