Pros: Although they knew only little English, the staff did everything to help us out with our many requests.
Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner and it had a somewhat unpleasant smell. There was only one bedsheet on the bed, though we got another one when we asked for it.
Pros: Clean rooms, good value for money.
Cons: Staff hardly speaks any English, Location outside of city center, bed duvet without cover = unhygienic & not clean.
Pros: Nice helpfull son in the hotel
Cons: The window was blinded from the outside, so a little claustrophobic
Cons: Felt like being in a prison; bars in front of the windows everywhere; stayed only one night
Pros: Perfectly adequate for a short stay in this amazing province off the beaten track without a tourist in sight. I like to travel with authenticity. I asked for a room up the back away from the road where it was quieter. I could have had a room with window. The reception was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my stay. I was only there for one night as I was invited to stay at the temple with the monks for meditation.
Cons: I would have liked a clean shower curtain. A kettle to boil water would be good.
Pros: Bath room was clean, location 15 minutes waking to downtown
Cons: I will talk about my personal experience and about room 306 or better said cell 306 Bed cloths worned out with holes and patched, eider down dirty, window sealed off, the water in the shower only warm, comunication with people in the hotel null. The worst and more expensive hotel I was in Vietnam
Pros: Staff, rooms.
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Broken window, noisy
Pros: Friendly and helpfull staff. Very clean and we had big spacy room with balcony.
Cons: Everything ok.
Pros: Friendly check in
Cons: Hotel was about right for the price and reaso ably central.

Pros: Good location and quite convenient.
Cons: when we arrived (about 4pm on Jan 26th) The management put me in a room on the first floor( it doesn't look right, no window and no balcony) this is not what I've booked on line ( I booked with window and balcony) they convinced me this is a great room and they have no more rooms available. LOL. I declined and told them what I've booked on line and if they couldn't accommodate my booking then I go somewhere else. They immediately moved me to a room which I've booked in the first place. (so obviously, they have room/s available but they 'lied'. LOL) COULD YOU EXPLAIN THIS SCENARIO?
Pros: Gia Hoa is a good value.
Cons: The sullen older gent at the front desk is not good for business. He provided what I needed, but seemingly grudgingly. Can't be a native of Tra Vinh, where everyone else is very friendly.
Pros: Big and comfortable room in the town centre.
Cons: Difficult communication, no staff could speak English.
Pros: Good location
Cons: I think almost seemed like I was putting the staff out by trying to check in. The room wasn't the cleanest. No attempt by staff to help with onward travel. No English spoken.
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: It appears the room was not thoroughly cleaned.
Pros: Centrally located. Good price. Decent accommodation except for staff attitude
Cons: Surly front desk staff wouldn’t release passports without payment up front in cash. Day manager denied existence of onward bus and offered ‘taxi’ at seven times bus price to Can Tho. Bed cover stained and soiled.
Pros: breakfast not included
Cons: Bathroom very poor and no room service but price couldn't justify daily room service
Pros: Staff re roomed us promptly when the bed broke. The room was adequate and good value. There was a lift and good airconditioning in the room. Good location close to centre of town. Bam Mi stall outsìde good for breakfast, Pho shop around corner good for lunch. Jewlery shops will exchange money if banks closed.
Cons: Staff told us there were no busses to Can Tho and we would have to take a taxi at 800000 VND. However we found that there was a local bus that took us for 60000 VND each. (Unairconditioned, but not hot when bus in motion. More interesting than tourist bus)
Pros: The location was perfect! The room was fine and the bathroom not the cleanest but ok. The staff didn‘t speak english well and was even not very willing to help. But for one night it was a good place to stay.
Pros: Good location
Cons: The staff doesn't speak English, thus he didn't tell us that the bus to Can Tho departs not from the bus station, and we wasted our money for taxi to bus station and back to the centre
