Mercure Trabzon Hotel

The staff are simply amazing, they arranged our trips very smoothly. The rooms are so well designed and new. The location is excellent 10 mins to the airport and 15 mins to meydan.

The room was not cleaned , also their daily cleaning for the room is not good. The location of the hotel is on the highway road and it’s very noisy. The room service sometimes are not cooperatives.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Good variety of food for breakfast and it’s location closed to the airport and Mydan.

The location is very good, near the airport. Room cleaning was not good enough. 1- they didnt replace the bed sheet, even when its dirty. 2- we have ordered food and they provide corroded Serving utensils( I have picture). Aslo the communication was very difficult as they dont speak Arabic, or English.
