Business class seats were not comfortable. I have traveled with Turkish Airlines several times and it’s always late. My suitcase was lost. I was in another country and I had to find my way to go back to airport and get my suitcase since it arrived next day after my flight. Really disappointed.
Pros: "Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices."
Cons: "There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class."
Pros: "Baggage policy and amenities on board as well as the Istanbul airport as a connector."
Pros: "The best airline"
Cons: "My above head storage was occupied with airline stuff. They boarded a little late and there were no separate lines for front and back of the plane."
Pros: "i like the food and movie choices."
Cons: "Crew was little bit rude. They didn’t help me to find the spot for my carry on luggage."
Pros: "Another fantastic trip with Turkish Airlines. Everything from their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service, to their fantastic tasting food."
Pros: "Crew are good ,seats were more than ok"
Cons: "Better seats and headphones to listen to the intertainmen system"
Pros: "Everything. They were polite fast and never condescending to passengers."
Cons: "I could of wish they would have been a little more stern with some passengers."
Cons: "During flight after first meal the cabin temperature is way to cold. Then it gets warmer but later, second half of the flight the air gets very cold again so it’s difficult to have a good sleep."
Pros: "Food was great! Crew was excellent and I loved entertainment choices!"
