Really nice setting with lovely views from the pool + because it's so small it's nice and quiet and we had the pool to ourselves sometimes. Staff are really nice and always willing to help. The food in the restaurant is not the best but it's reasonably priced. Would recomment Le Marche just up the hill.
It is hard to describe the essence of this B&B and although I took many pictures, hard to capture in photos. This is the most exquisitely magical place I have encountered and cannot wait to return!
The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. Each room was designed in a very special and unique way. Staying in Lupaia is an experience of its own!
A good experience. An special atmosphere A little bit far from important cities and nothing to do at the village.
The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and helpful. The location was good, away from the other busy towns (in a small, quiet town). The breakfast could use a better selection, breakfast should include (but did not) some bread, fruit and cheese.
the staff has been very kind, the location is wonderful: a tiny old village in the middle of val d'orcia. no complaints.
Charming small hotel in hilltop village. The only bar and restaurant there so great atmosphere with the locals coming in. Paola who ran it was great, made us very welcome and could speak enough English to make up for our poor Italian. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. If you want to sample traditional Italian hospitality in an out of the way beautiful setting then this is for you.
A small hotel in a small village in the middle of great nature. Staff is very friendly and room was very clean. The intergrated restaurant offers very good italian food to reasonable prices . Many of the restaurant guests are locals. This is a sign for the quality. nothing
very pleasant Tuscan hill town unspoilt location in a typical, old, building of character, comfortable room, good staff and breakfast, return visit. No lift no aircon
Tenant friendly, charming setting, small village with friendly people. Nice rooms overlooking the square. Good food at the restaurant.
it is a wonderful location, very nice staff, personal informal atmosphere and is situated in a romantic village on top of a hill in the heart of Tuscany. the size of the bathroom/shower
Marvellous find despite its name! The food was superb, home cooked, Italian and plentiful and the service excellent. We were delighted!
Everything was perfect, especially the service. We arrived late and were greeted with excellent service and dinner was served with no trouble even though we were there very late. The rooms were spotless and the surrounds were quiet and very scenic. No
This is a family run hotel and the main fellow whom we dealt with was lovely. this area is a little out of the actual town of Siena(i must say we thought it was in Siena and provided a triple room which is what we were after) but is an easy drive to Siena and San Giminagno. There isnt too much to see in this town, but a self service laundry is within easy walk . The hotel does a simple but nice breakfast and dinner - a menu available was very good. The owner could not do enough for us. WiFi was not good, however the owner was happy to allow us to use his computer. V helpful. Would be a good stay for peace and quiet.
