Good price and an excellent location.

Great location Well, the interior is cold and discolike, with downlights shifting from red to green and yellow...Breakfast room was very cold, due to draft from the large windows, and the breakfast its self was quite a bit below par.

Modern, well designed, value for money, special wishes taken care of, free computers worked well, excellent choice of bread qualities and good coffee. Restaurant area undersized and partly understaffed, poor orange juice.

A young and inspired staff doing their best to get a new hotel up and running. Obviously some minor start-up difficulties, a somewhat "fancy" design and some solutions are not fully unpractical. Designers and architects should stay more often in hotels...

Everything was new and functional.Free internet, breakfast. Small window and no a/c, it was warm in mid-September, not sure what it would be like in August. Breakfast has not changed in the years that I have stayed.No onsite parking.

location bathroom and noise in my room

I liked the staff, the breakfast, the facilities, the room, the location near the buss stop I have stayed in this hotel several times of the reasons mentioned above. But I always try to get a room on the back of the hotel and in one of the higher floors, because else you wil be disturbed by the trafic.

Good, quality hotel in a good location in this expensive City. Good help staff and a good buffet breakfast.

I liked the location, right in the center of town. Ok, there are others as well, but I went after price since I wouldn't be spending much time at the hotel.

Great breakfast. Nice bar/lounge, The location of the hotel is as close to shoppingmalls and nightclubs as you can get in trondheim. I booked 3 rooms for the weekend, and stated in my reservation that we would be needing one childs bed for one of the rooms. After checking in it tourned out that the room where the childs bed was needed was the smallest room of the 3. My inlaws, which I had booked room for was assigned to a rom over twice the size the room I got, and I had two small kids and my girlfriend with me! Werry poor planning from the hotel staff. After clomplaining we were reassigned to a room a bit bigger but still smaller than the one my inlaws got. And I had to carry the extra bed myselfe between 3 floors. During the night we were awaken several times by other hotelguests partying werry loud in their rooms. Poor sound insulation. I will not use this hotel again

Service, room Heating in room.

Room was small but very clean, attractive and quiet with lovely view over park. A little shabby and staff could have been more helpful in manner.

Breakfast choice is not very large.

Town Position Room was stiffleing. Open the window and it opens to a outdoor area with other windows not belonging to the hotel so 1, no security 2, lots of noise from other apartments, closed thew window and too hot. Skylight has no curtain, no good in Norway int summer!!

The hotel location was very good - close to the train station and shops. Room was very comfortable

Polite and helpfull staff. Location in center. You could easily hear the neighbours in the closest rooms

No dinner possible.

There is no place for clothes, no closet, no drawers, no safebox. There is not enough staff people around to assist (only one who does all jobs).

The temperature of the room was very warm and the lights control was not efficient

breakfast is very good, nice modern and big rooms, free internet access, good location. parking: reception didn't tell us the parking garage under the hotel is prepaid....so the next day we had a fine. Could not find airco in the room and the window couldn't be open because of all the dronken (shouting!) people walking by.

food was good. very central location.easy access to trains and ferries.bed very comfortable.general atmosphere quite easy going proximity to night clubs made it very noisy at night. booking system failed causing great stress due to the staff not understanding how to access the money which had been reserved from my credit card account. I did not think the receptionist was very helpful

food, ( breakfast was good/excellent, and and it was nice to have the option of a free kveldsmat First one, the next day two and later three of four lights in the bathroom stopped functioning....and did not get repaired .
