Pros (+) The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to correct a mistake I had made. Great staff.
Pros (+) Hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and informative. I didn't use the pool, but it appeared to be nice for families. I especially liked the air conditioning unit (Amana) in my room. Too many hotels use a/c units that are noisy and disruptive when they run. This came on quietly and ran without noise. Almost soothing!
Cons (-) I could only find an ice maker on the first floor and I was on the third, so it was not the most convenient. I didn't see any signs on the third floor indicating where an ice maker was, but it was late and I was tired.
