Pros: We traveled up winding roads through the Pelion mountains to get to Tsagarada and Adilon; the scenery was beautiful with waterfalls and greenery along the way so the drive was part of the greater experience. Our hostess, Litsa, was welcoming and showed us to a pleasant room with sweeping views of the sea in the distance. We were comfortable and the location is excellent if you want to visit the famed Mylopotamos and Fakistra beaches.

Pros: First of all, the owner (Vasso), was a fantastic woman.. With great love and care for herbs, natural productions (from marmelades to sapons...) , she has created a fantastic place to live and rest. With a beautiful garden, full of trees and herbs, under the shadow of magnolia and other trees, the fully revamped classic house made us feel like living in paradise. As a bonus, we everyday had breakfast personally prepared by Vasso, fully handmade and super fresh.. From omelettes to cakes and variety of marmelades, excellent coffee, 1st category quality -> Not easy to find a breakfast like that, in a place like that as well... She also maintains a great restaurant with gourmet (still classic) dishes, in the road for Mylopotamos -> Excellent as well. I surely appreciated 100% my staying there, we were 2 couples and we had the time of our lives. 100% recommended
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We discovered that the previews reviews were not exaggerated. Vasso and her husband created a miniature paradise with an amazing garden, tasteful decoration with incredible attention to detail and sincere hospitality. The breakfast was special, please see the photos. We will come again. Thanks Vasso.
Cons: Leaving!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best place to stay in Tsaggarada. The property is situated in an amazing picturesque location, yet quite close to the village centre and a stone's throw away from the best beaches in Pelion. The room was immaculate and we loved our made to order breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Arnica Montana is a small, exclusive hotel in the beautiful village of Tsagarada, standing on the same location where the first ever inn/hotel of the area was operating, back in the beginning of the previous century. The owner, Vasso is a direct decendent of the first innkeeper and proud of her family's heritage, she has done a fantastic job of rebuilding and refurbishing the establishment so as to fit the needs of today's guest without losing any of it's authentic charm and character. Our room was beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable for a couple and with all the amenities we needed. It had a large veranda with a unique view to the east, so we were able to watch the most beautiful sunrise in the morning as well as the full moon over the Aegean one the first night of our stay. The breakfast both days was unique, as Vasso is an accomplished chef and restaurant owner with a special interest in herbs and homegrown vegetables & fruit, so we were served tasty quiches, omelets, jams and preserves in satisfying quantities. She also offered me a balsamic ointment that she had produced at home, for a skin rash I had. Overall our stay was memorable and I would highly recommend Arnica Montana to anyone Greek or foreign looking to experience original Greek hospitality at its best, in one of the most beautiful communities in the country. Thank you Vasso!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A HUGE PROOF THAT SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS CAN PROVIDE CLASS AND TOP QUALITY
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Relaxing garden with jazz ambient music, big stylish room, comfy bed. Gourmet served breakfast (only home-grown products used) by the owner who is also the head chef of Deipnosofistis (great local restaurant with a fine blend of traditional cuisine and fine dining). Our room remained spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Close to the fine beaches of Mylopotamos and Lambinou. We will certainly return next year!
Cons: Be patient with the challenging route the first time. It gets easier!

The breakfast is one of the best we ever had! Homemade and only with fresh products, most coming from the garden of the hotel. We would recommend for a romantic and calming getaway!

Pros: Chrisa and the team were great!!! She took care for every small request and was always available. We were 6 guests including 1 & 3 years old babies in 2 rooms for 5 nights. Pros: - The understanding of John and Maria who perfectly our request. For instance, my wife has big pb to her back : they do all their best to give us a good mattress. Other example, we booked the room for 4 nights and because I did not feel good (due to the underground room), they accepted to cancell the 3 following nights!!! I REALLY APPRECIATED !! THANKS FOR THAT - The place is really lovely, the swimming pool just a dream, and the rooms really beautiful - The bed is really comfortable (and it's a critical issue for us when we travel) Many thanks again John and Maria!

Pros: The hotel has a garden that overlooks the sea. The view from here is amazing and you can also watch the sunset. The beach is a 30 minute (downhill/uphill) walk and it is beautiful and not busy at all. We really enjoyed hiking down to the beach everyday, relaxing, eating lunch at the beach side restaurants and then hiking home at the end of the day to enjoy our dinner in the garden. The location is very quiet and relaxing with just a few local homes around.

Pros: The holiday is over. Now is time for remember, looking at pictures and souvenirs, tell the stories... By far, the most beautiful memories we have from the Tsagarada ! Staying at Guest House Kleopatra's was a very, very beautiful experience. Kleopatra is a very pleasant and helpful host. The rooms was very cosy and clean, the breakfast was very good and all the stuff was like I ask for it ...even the music on CD's ! Amazing ! Definitly we'll choose for future holiday in Pelion the same "Guest House Kleopatra's" ! Thank you Kleopatra ! P.S. Kisses from Miruna... !
Cons: -
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location. Views of sea and tranquil garden. Very nice owner Kleopatra.
Cons: Leave your heavy bags in the car. Access is steep stone steps.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The building was the upper part of a big house which was converted in a guesthouse with different rooms and shared facilities, such as kitchen, balcony, and fridge. It is not the best if you prefer private facilities, but for a group of 6-8 friends, that rent the whole guesthouse, this place is nice. The personnel was very friendly. Location was ok with private parking possibilities, which is really a plus in the Pelion mountains.
Cons: The room we had was too small. It was more like a bedroom in a home than a "room to let" at a holidays accommodation. There was almost no space for the suitcases in the room. The room was humid, even the airco could not do anything about it. There was only a very small window. There was wifi, but the connection was very unstable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice and quiet B&B. The lady owner is very kind and cheerful. Having the nice breakfast on the veranda with the sea view is a perfect start for the day.

Pros: The hostess of the guest house is very kind and nice. Thank very much for her hospitality
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for about a week at Kleopatras guesthouse. The location of the place is amazing with a wonderful view of Tsagarada and the Aegean. You can enjoy your breakfast into complete relaxation surrounded by a beautiful garden and sleep at night with the smell of gardenias and jasmine flowers. The place itself is very cozy, well-decorated and very clean! From the guesthouse you can walk around the village and explore the beautiful views and old buildings of Tsagarada. The famous enormous sycamore tree of the village is only a short very pleasant walk from the guesthouse, while the place has a very easy access to the main road. If you are a nature person this is a very good choice at Pelio mountain. Kleopatra is a wonderful host, very easy-going, pleasant and always eager to give advice about where to go and what to do. I felt more like I was visiting a friend than staying at a guesthouse! I would definitely recommend this place for vacation! Euxaristume, Patra!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was incredible, she made us feel like being home, she was taking so good care of us. The room is not big but it is comfortable, cozy. The bathroom is very modern and clean. The kitchen is shared but you cand find anything you want there (in the room you also have a fridge). From the common balcony (there are 2 tables there) you can see the deep blue of the sea, of the sky, it is very nice. The garden is lush, there are also 3 tables there, made with stone. You can easy access Milopotamos (one of the best beaches of Pelion) and Damouchari (is further but we recommend to go take a glimpse). The stairs to the location can seem difficult 1st time but in the end you will see it is good for health and it is a beautiful walk. Thank you for your hosting, Kleopatra:)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hostess was very kind and helped us get around in the area. There is a balcony facing the sea.

Pros: A wonderful environment filled with lots of greenery, beautifully landscaped courtyard, clean rooms and the hotel itself is like a fairy tale. I would especially like to point out the kindness of the manager Daniela Doncheva and her mother. A home made pie, homemade marmalade and food were prepared for breakfast too much. I advise Daniela to continue the way of managing hotel. A wonderful place to stay on a mountain of clean air, and during the day you get off to the beautiful beaches.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was homemade, fresh everyday in the beautiful garden. Room was so clean, bed linen and towels were changed regulary. Landlady was very kind and helped us with all we neded. We recommend Filoxenia warmly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts here were lovely and Daniella's mother made several of the delicious pastries, cakes and jams. Her cheese pie was different from the usual Greek cheese pie (she is Bulgarian) and as very yummy. The rooms were comfortable, the view and grounds were great and there were many good tavernas and excellent walks nearby. The area is very beautiful with spectacular views down to the coast. There was limited wifi coverage and we could not get the TVs to work but we did not persevere, others may have more luck.
Cons: WiFi and TV reception could have been better.

Pros: Do you know how amazing it is to arrive at a hotel after a long trip and to feel at home?! This is a very cozy hotel with a beautiful view and lovely rooms. The common area is beautiful and the food and drinks are delicious. Breakfast is served until 11am so feel free to enjoy a good night's sleep hassle free. What makes this place extra special though is the staff. Everyone is friendly and eager to give you helpful advice on what to do, such as follow a small path on a beautiful walk through the woods. These people love what they do and you feel like you're visiting friends and relatives!I can't wait to visit again--they won me over from the first minutes I spent there drinking homemade cherryade by the fireplace with my partner. You leave feeling relaxed and full of energy:) Thank you for everything! Keep up the amazing work!!

Pros: Everything about Eudora was just perfect. Let’s start with location. Eudora is at the very center of everything at Pelion. It is close to the most beautiful beaches, villages, taverns and other tourist’s facilities. Property is situated above the Tsagarada and there is the walking path leading to the center of village. It is just 300m by foot and you are in the center of village. So, it is in center of everything, but also isolated for the maximum privacy. If you are arriving by car, Eudora is linked to the main road, so you can park your car at the property. There is just a couple of minutes driving from the main road through the beautiful forest. Eudora is traditional Greek house, more than 100 years old, but it is fully renovated so everything is fresh and new. The rooms are very comfortable, decorated with style, and the bed was one of the best we have slept on. Also, every room is accommodated with fireplace, so if you are arriving at the winter, you can enjoy in the cozy room near the fire. Eudora has beautiful garden with magnificent view to the Aegean sea and Skiathos and Skopelos islands. Breakfast was also astonishing. Every morning fresh, domestic, organic meals with ingredients locally grown by the housekeeper. And for the end, the hospitality. Dora and her daughter made everything so that we can feel like we are at home. We will certainly come again to this beautiful guesthouse.

7.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice. Big room, big bathroom and clean. The best thing in the room was the heat. You wouldn't get cold in this room. There is also a fireplace they set up for you and they can do it every day, very nice feature. Also the garden around the building was very well kept and pleasing to the eye.
Cons: One of the two pillows was hard. I asked for a softer one and they did bring it without delay but it was still not soft enough. That's a personal preference but they should have it. The breakfast time was 8:30 to 10. It should be at least till 11. They did accommodate me one day when I missed the window and gave me breakfast but the bread they gave me was not toasted like the other days. The common area to eat breakfast is one big table like a dining table they use for their own dinners it seems as a family. I don't mind being next to other people when eating breakfast but that would be too close. They do bring breakfast in the room although we felt the need to carry the trays as the couple was older and we did not like the idea of them going two floors up the stairs every time we asked for something. Finally when the time came to pay they claimed the credit card machine was not working. I had to go to the town square to the ATM to get cash to pay the bill. They also were asking personal questions like what is my occupation. They have that habit in the country side but they shouldn't be doing this. If I offer this information on my own fine, if not they should not be asking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed 3 nights at the end of May. Very peaceful and relaxing guesthouse with good views over the hillside and to the sea. Beautifully maintained house and gardens. Lovely breakfast with delicious homemade provisions. Owners very friendly and welcoming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ms Soula and Mr Giannis made as feel as their own children. And I am not exaggerating... Definitely I will visit them again if we ever decide to have another stay at Tsagarada. I wish them all the best and for all of you foreigners just be patient because they do not speak English very well, but they will treat you as best as possible.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful - we only stayed one night but will definitely try and return for a longer stay. Clean throughout. Comfortable matress Large bath. Soon after checking in we were brought mountain tea and pastries - on the house - a nice touch. Fabulous view from the balcony - down the mountainside and over the Aegean.
Cons: The room we were in is a bit on the small side - may not suit everybody. Otherwise nothing not to like.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great and so does the view. Easy to find the place and good parking behind the hotel. Staff was freindly but English was poor. Room was speciouse with a nice balcony.
Cons: The room presented as a suite is actually a studio - one big room where children and parents sleep together. No real place to put or hang clothes so you live "out of the suitcases" even if you stay a few nights. Jet shower with lights and music was really attractive for the children, but too complicated to activate on their own. Breakfast was not as good as we received in other places in Greece.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff!! Tasteful traditional breakfast. The room was very clean warm and comfortable. We had a view of the sea from our balcony. I definitely recommend the guesthouse!!

Not exotic or intercontinental, surely needs some addirions like better coffee blend and fresh ornage juice but it includes local tastes and flavours. The suite is spacy, always clean and with a great sea view from its balcony Great heating in the room
Cons: No facilities like music, bottled water or mini bar in the room The water in the bathroom is flowing with low pressure and sometimes the cold was not flowing at all Parking was an issue in the hotel, not every hoom has a dedicated apot Not located At the center road, you always need the car
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast

Pros: Great breakfast with local products
Cons: The room was a bit small for a family

Pros: The location and the pool
Cons: This hotel needs a serious refurbishing !!
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is stunning, absolutely gorgeous views. The apartments are big and roomy with a nice veranda.
Cons: There was no insect screens on the windows. Which meant loads of bugs, mosquitos, crickets, spiders etc were coming in the room. With such a beautiful view and in the midst of nature, screens are a must so you can open the windows and actually enjoy the fresh air and scenery!!!!!! Also it was really not very clean when we got in and smelled of damp. Breakfast was also quite mediocre, left you wanting.
