Pros (+) Loved the location and great customer service. Plus the remodel is outstanding !!
Cons (-) The only thing that could be better was the beds. The mattress is way too firm and being older people, we had issues with back pain sleeping on that hard of a mattress.
Pros (+) Great location, quiet, comfortable, large room. I had traveled in from a different location in the state where none of these descriptions applied to where I had been. This location was wonderful after being away for five weeks.
Cons (-) Elevator was out of service. However, the staff advised me of this and offered me a room on the first floor if I desired. Not a big thing but I did need to carry my luggage up the stairs.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located for getting to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The beds were comfortable and we didn't think it was to noisy except for 1 night people in the courtyard were up late being a bit loud [we were there 6 nights] Also the grounds were nice with landscaping and trees.
