Pros (+) The location was perfect for getting in and out of the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly and check in was a breeze.
Cons (-) Could have been cleaner and the showers were hard to adjust, one minute the temperature was perfect then it suddenly became scalding.

Cons (-) I wasn't even able to get 30% refund. And it was out of my hands! The airline sent me home early and they wouldn't even switch my reservation!
