The hotel was absolutely beautiful, like out of a magazine. The staff went above and beyond to help every need. My husband and I unfortunately were hit in our rental car by a woman on a motorbike. The staff helped us translate to the police and car company. They are amazing. The facilities are very clean and the resort is SO peaceful. The beach available to guests is quiet and beautiful. Wonderful experience!!
The road by the resort is very busy and a far distance from the center of the city. Overall was a good location though!
Living in a luxury tent, what an awesome experience. I enjoyed communicating with stuff with WhatsApp, there are many activities every day like DJ, Joga, Mezcal tasting etc. Restaurant is very good. No insects inside even though it was a tent. Stuff is helpful and friendly.
Rental bikes are old and have no light. We were asked about our room number every time we entered or exited the hotel. No parking, only along the dusty road. Far from Tulum bars and restaurants.
Habitas was absolutely magical. From the moment you walked through the front entrance you felt like you were surrounded by good energy and beautiful vibes. Everything about this property was great. I personally loved the outdoor shower <3 The pool and beach were amazing. There was no seaweed on the beach at the hotel which was really nice. The food was also amazing. We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner rather than later!
The food was amazing. There was an amazing vibe to the hotel which was very relaxing and easy. The location was fabulous with a beautiful pool and private beach. Lots of activities to engage with and the staff were very helpful.
The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough at night which did keep us up. Also the food and drinks in the hotel was a bit over priced. Otherwise an incredible experience.
The hotel is an oasis, a place where you can find inner peace and relax. We really appreciated the friendly and courteous staff. The resort is very idyllic and it is a special and beautiful experience to stay overnight in the tents. We would surely come back and recommend Habitas to everyone :-)
