The facility is beautiful in a rustic artistic way. Everything work. Hot shower was consistent, bottles of water refresh everyday, service via the app was handle immediately. Talking to live person on the other hand was a mix bag.
Classes offer was canceled without notice. So you decide not to go sightseeing with your friends so you can do the 9am yoga to get exercise and at 9:10 you find out it’s canceled. Or you decided to rush back from lunch for a class and it’s canceled. Annoying
Service was not good at all, my front beach bungalow was way too small Food was terrible I def won’t stay there again I think it only looks pretty on the pictures
Location, relaxed atmosphere, very pretty grounds
Rarely had hot water in shower, only one electrical outlet in room (nothing in bathroom)
Beach front and location is excelent and hotel entertainment during festival time is great!
The room, only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room, lights where to dim, no mirrors.
Most things. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The maids who came to clean everyday were so friendly and always cleaned it thoroughly. The staff at the bar and restaurant were always very friendly, especially Antonio. The reception staff were also lovely. The beach was beautiful and the food service on the beach was good. The breakfast was great so were the fish tacos. The cats at the resort also added to my trip. I will definitely be returning to PPP because this place is good for the soul.
The dinner menu was limited and didn’t have anything which I would choose to eat but I am a very fussy eater. I had a great balcony but couldn’t see anything at night because there were no lights outside.
