FALSE ADVERTISING, BIG TIME! Room titled "OCEAN VIEW", but can't see the ocean standing anywhere in that room or on the balcony. Even had staff show me the room I had booked and they themselves admitted my alleged OCEAN VIEW ROOM HAD ABSOLUTELY NO VIEW IF THE OCEAN, NONE!!! Then when I asked them to cancel my reservation they refused. Room had NO TV, NO WORKING A/C. NO REFRIGERATOR. NO MIRROR OVER SINK (Bathroom) NO COFFEE MAKER. Conclusion, STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!
