Pros: All staff are fantastic and polite and professional. 10 kudos to all the Staff.Amazing.

Dirty rooms ,dirty workers and managers, care less people and moreover they mean to hit my car and when talked to the manager he said he will.check the camera and final no any feedback. 9.0 Excellent
Pros: We visited Tunis in November and stayed here three nights. The location of this hotel (riad style, like in Morocco) was right in the middle of the medina, which we loved! We had a gorgeous room (with heating if needed for the mild winter). The bed was very comfortable, the shower decent and it was quiet at night despite the hotel having many other guests when we stayed. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast, which was included, was copious and so yummy. The staff were all so lovely. And we could leave our luggage here on our last day. Definitely recommend, if you're looking to be in/around the medina area. And general advise for Tunis: we recommend staying either in the Tunis medina area or around Sidi Bou Said/Carthage (beautiful)!
Cons: It is true what some have observed: the medina is very quiet and some alleys are unlit at night, and as a single woman, this might be somewhat uncomfortable. We were two, so we felt OK!
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location in Medina -walking distance to the major landmarks.
Cons: Bed was located in an elevated area with 4 steep steps. It was a small area and quite unsafe. You have to walk with your luggage through Medina to get to the hotel as no cars can enter. A staff member met us at the taxi stop after our taxi driver called the hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Friendly and accommodating breakfast staff. Rooftop terrace had good views. Building is funky. Appreciated being met by the hotel at the casbah gate.
Cons: Room was okay--nothing out of the ordinary. On two mornings there was no hot water. Explanations bordered on outright falsehoods. Concierge desk was not particularly helpful or friendly.
6.2 Good
Pros: No information provided by front desk for breakfast.
Cons: Train staff to communicate in basic English and Spanish, not everyone speaks French.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I got a room right in front of the courtyard. Very authentic and beautiful. Room was clean and cosy. The laundry service was impressively fast. if it’s too late into the night. The hotel is very near a really nice spa and famous Tunisian restaurant.
Cons: It turns dark pretty early at about 5.30pm and the walkway back to hotel can be quite quiet Cars are not allowed in this walking street so It was rather hard for me to drag my luggage in and out of the hotel to the nearest road for a cab, along the stone pavement which is not luggage-friendly.

Overview Reviews

Featured amenities include multilingual staff, laundry facilities, and a library. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Only good view.
Cons: The bathroom and toilet are separated from the bedroom and are shared with other guests. So I had to lock the room when I use them. The guest house itself and every item are very old. The drain pipe is very smelly. There is no telephone, no TV, no refrigerator and so on in the room. When I asked the Wi-Fi password and other questions, I had to use mobile. A window frame sounds on a windy day. The key part of the door frame is broken and does not close securely. It's like a back packer's house in spite of €70/night. They didn't provide a face towel. I guess they don't have a habit of washing their backs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything !!!!
Cons: Nothing !!!

10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: That home give me trust of my tunis trip I love the sea view from my balcony the breakfast was delicious the house keeper really lovely
9.6 Excellent
Pros: situated on the beach, with the tip of Sardinia straight ahead of you and Sicily just to the right, the views were really spectacular (we booked a sea-view room). Busy downtown and shopping area a few blocks away made it super easy to eat, shop and grab a taxi or train to nearby destinations (Sidi Bou Said, ruins, museums, La Marsa). Hayete, our host, was lovely and the breakfast each morning was fresh and substantial. Very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean.
Cons: Honestly missed in the description that the bathrooms were shared (not in rooms). We stayed in February, so not extremely busy, but could be an issue during peak season. 2 full bathrooms on our floor, so one was always free and it was not a problem for us. We were three people and there were other guests, but no waiting during our stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the hosts were AMAZING
Cons: Bathrooms were a little old, but this wasn’t a big deal for me

5.4 Okay
Pros: Decent, if expensive, in hotel restaurant.
Cons: Front desk staff was weak and dishonest. When requested to provide a non-smoking room they said they would move to me one, but it was not actually a non-smoking room and it smelled. Then they said that there were no available non-smoking rooms in the entire half-empty hotel. Then another manager "discovered" that they actually had one, which they gave to me. General Manager's office promised that he would call me, but he never did. Conclusion: Weak management.
