Pros (+) The location of the hotel was perfect. Not in the extremely busy village. it was close to various restaurants that were not overcrowded. The staff was extremely friendly.
Cons (-) The fact that we were placed in a room immediately across from the elevator, next to the laundry room and overlooking the air conditioning units may have colored my experience. That said, I would have expected the bare minimum of a nice hotel. The toilet didn't always flush. The food in the expensive restaurant was not good. Even the bath towels were frayed and worn. Pros (+) The hotel was great! It was very close to the Grand Canyon. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the park. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Pros (+) The hotel was nice, clean, and provided a good experience for our family. The lobby decor was nice and gave you a fancy feel and my son loves all of the animal heads.
Cons (-) What we did not like was the restaurant and bar at the hotel. The restaurant was mediocre at best from the food to the service. The waif for just the meal was about an hour.
