- the cleaning lady was really nice - comfy beds -easy for the uber to find -fairly close to what we were going to see. The miles away from stuff wasn't far, it was really just traffic. -fast food and grocery stores were a shirt drive away. -when we got there, the covers had stains on it. (Huge nasty looking) -the chair had a huge white stain on it, we never really knew what it was, so we didn't go near it. -the night stands had sticky stuff on them, where it looked like something got spilt, but never cleaned off. -'complementry breakfast' consisted of pouches of: -pouches of grits you could make yourself -raisin bran or frosted flakes -prepackaged cinnamon rolls. (Looks like snack cakes)
The location was great and the shuttle to the airport was super. To use the room heat, it blew a curtain out over the table, and there seemed to be no way to stop it. Maybe some weights would suffice. The luggage cart was difficult to steer.
Put in a smoking room when I do not smoke. Very disgusting. Nothing nearby for food when you arrive on a late flight.
Convenient to the airport. The hotel pictures do not look anything like the hotel. The outside around the hotel wasn't clean. Full ashtrays by the door. This hotel also allows smoking in some of the rooms. You could smell smoke in the hallways. This is not the hotel I expected from the pictures.
I was pleasantly surprised at how great this Motel 6 was!
It was nearby the conference I was attending at the Hilton at a much more affordable rate, yet provided needed facilities... hot shower, comfortable room and free wireless internet.
The geographical location, being close to many turistical attractions. Very close to the highway. Some rooms are quite noisy all the time.
The front desk receptionist was knowledgable and friendly. Checked in st 5PM and room was not ready, but this was due to the influx of people leaving the motel due to Hurricane Matthew.
Great service, price and location. I would stay there again.
This Motel 6 was very clean. They have ceramic floors instead of the carpet, which is a huge plus! Bathroom, beds and room were clean. I would definitely stay here again if I need a few nights cheap stay in Downton Atlanta. Also the parking was a plus. We felt very secure. The elevator seemed a little small and outdated, but the stairs did us just fine. Even on the 3rd floor it wasn't that bad of a walk.
Staff are helpful, location is good
Clean but very basic. Good Internet access. No B-fast. Right on major free way. Sketchy neighborhood. To expensive for what it offers ($ 99.00 a night).
The proximity to the major hotels where the meeting that I was attending took place. lack of small shampoo samples
staff was helpful No, requirements were met
The wonderful staff! The vending machine goodies were past Best By date
The location of the motel 6 was nice. It's walking distance to many things in downtown atlanta. The staff was horrible. They were extremely rude and were even hesitant to give us extra towles. I will not stay here again, especially since I can Priceline a nice hotel for even cheaper! The hotel rooms are also very small like a tiny dorm room.
I will never stay her again. The VERY RUDE check in clerk!!!!
N/A Roaches in rooms .
The location was what we were looking for and it satisfied that requirement. We did not have room service for 2 days and had to be very direct on the 2nd day about the service.
Nothing the staff was not professional for one the rooms was dirty. the bed had stains. the room smells bad. it was not a good stay, the Hotel rate was cheaper then the one i got from on line so don't used this places that set that they safe you money if you book with then don't call the hotel first. you will see how this web site are taking your money.
Great location, nice staff. They are clearly making an effort to overhaul the place, I couldn't get past the room smellinglof cigarettes. Booked six nights. Checked out after one. i was put in the wheelchair accessible room so I give them props for having those accommodating, it has been decades es since I've known a hotel to permit smoking.
Convenient to where I needed to work for a few days. If you are happy to stay in a hotel that looks like it comes from a ramshackle 3rd world country, this is the place for you. I just about needed an oxygen mask trying to breath the air in my room. And as for the wall and carpet stains, and the 3rd world staff running the place.... priceless.
The location is great and very convenient. Not only did we have to change rooms twice due to bugs and mold/bacteria, we also found out that a room with two queen beds was considered at max occupancy of 1 person, so for the 3 others in the room, we were charged $10 per person per night, so in total it cost us an extra $120 on top of the $240 we already paid.
Hotel is being renovated and looks like it will be very nice soon. Our room was perfect for a one night stay. Comfy beds. Hotel was nice to let us check out late.
Nothing! To start my bedding was ripped and stained. I had no hot water for my entire stay. My room was on the 3rd floor. Staff told me to use the elevator which had out of order signs on it. Upon exiting the elevator I noticed that it does not come all the way down to the next floor. There is at least a 2 foot step. I could not get an iron. The coffee maker had no filters and it was overall just grimy. I was supposed to stay for 2 days. It was so nasty I just left that morning.
The hotel over charged me the initial amount by 20.00 then proceeded to charge me the full wrong amount 3 times and tried blaming it on booking.com. They have refused to refund my money and ruined my mini vacation for my birthday. The hotel manager and front desk staff were very rude and refused to let me speak to the hotel manager. The shower drain was clogged, the walls had black mold on them and because of the over charging i was unable to stay at another hotel.
