Clean remodeled hotel with elevator and interior room doors. Staff attentive and friendly. Staff very helpful and quick to get blanket/extra towels. King size bed comfortable. Room had microwave, refrigerator, desk, and chair. Standard good breakfast. Outside pool and drive up hill to parking and hotel front.
Customer Service and distinction between smoking and non-smoking areas. On line customers have no choice of room
The location I thought the rooms would be more updated.
We've been to this hotel before. The location is great for the airport. Even though it was a smoking room, the room smell was horrible. All the pillows in the room smelled like they had not been washed.
Nothing This hotel was oneof the worst by far. To much in and out traffic. The hotels outside doors did not lock which was a safety issue for me. There was people standing outside the elevator smoking and drinking. I didn't stay the three days only one.
The staff They were renovating
The location was great. The 2nd morning we were there someone had broke into 2 of the cars in the parking lot. They do not have cameras on the cars, just on the entrances outside. The breakfast was ok but not great. There was stains on the carpet / everything else seemed clean.
Location to Atlanta airport The room was outdated. The blanket and oomforter smelled like sweat. There was dark brown on the wall in the bathroom. After my first night I saw a dark red stain on the mattress sheet. I tried to eat for breakfast but there were ants crawling by food

Good value for business trip.
The staff was very friendly, the lobby area was very inviting. The screen on the window was torn, could not open the bathroom door 100% because it would hit the extended shower rod, toilet (not the seat but the whole toilet) had a bolt broken so beware when you sit.
Staff was pleasant and welcoming.
Upon arrival I realized that the picture does that place way too much justice. The picture made it look quaint. Actually its just tacky. The. Building is badly weathered and not kept up from the outside. The parking lot had trash and cigarette butts all over the place. The inside looked better than the outside representation. I had to wait twenty minutes for the one customer ahead of me to check in. They had already been at the window when we walked in. The only reason I had made a reservation because I knew I was going to be pressed for time. I only had two hours before my appointment and it was a holiday weekend. When the South Asian woman was done there was no greeting or anything . I figured it was our turn since she just stood there. I showed her my reservation and that I'd already paid for the room and she replied "We don't advertise on the internet anymore." Why when I pulled up the site you were one of the first to show up? She goes on to tell me, she would not honor the price or the reservation. She continuously pointed at the computer screen but wouldn't turn the screen around. She was clearly lying and waisting my time. She said it's been a year since they used any internet promotion. I continuously see them advertised. Fortunately, I was able to speak with a kind person from the customer service number on Kayak's site. It would have only taken moment to fix, but the unethical woman, stood there not answering the phone. I eventually was able to get a room at a much more classy establishment. I guess good rooms aren't cheap and cheap rooms aren't good. They will never get business from me or my company ever again. They can continue catering to the prostitutes and crackheads that have found home in their "hotel." Everything the place is tacky and bad business owners. They need to find business ethics.
Nice location specially the sky ridges connecting 3 hotels to Leachtree Center very helpful staff good security nice size rooms
The staff, rooms & restaurant were very good. Inability to get a late checkout. Everyone referring to me as "oh, that's Booking.com". My travel was changed due to weather (flight). I was charged for nights I did not stay.
The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a 21 dollar fee to park in the parking garage. We were not told this prior to making our reservations, so we were not prepared to have to pay $21 to park our car. Also, our room key did not work 2 times. I had to have it reactivated.
Location Hotel under construction, loud noises in the am, room smelled like paint, a little ghetto
Everyone and everything at the Hilton was great. Really enjoyed your hotel, but not crazy about the garage parking.
This hotel should be closed while being remodeled. The smells noise and dirt are awful. The noise was truly unbearable. And my room was not remodeled. Sticky floor that I asked to be cleaned and never was. Old beat up furniture. Leaky faucets. Toilet that wouldn't stop running. You'd think it was a roadside motel that rented rooms by the hour.
location, friendliness of staff, good service
Very confortable rooms with nice view on the buildings.
The staff tried to be helpful in spite of giving incorrect info twice while I was there - which exit to get off the marta and where to stand for the Expo bus (which the concierge actually walked me to the area which was incorrect). The hotel was quite dated and the bedding was awful. My back hurt for two days after sleeping on the substandard beds. The pillows were too flat for just one and too high for two - feathers. In the bathroom there weren't any vents and you could hear everything from the room upstairs - yikes!
poor service in restaurant $14.95 for internet no restaurant service after 10:00pm breakfast buffet very expensive
Lots & lots of interior construction
great area. rooms are very nice and the bed was sooo comfortable!!!
Close enough we were able to walk to the venue and several choices of restaurants nearby. $35 added for required valet parking with almost an hour wait for our car to be retrieved.
Lobby was nice & location was good The carpet was stained and worn, and so was the furniture. The tub was so clogged that the water backed up to your ankles even in a quick shower. Valet never answered the phone and was slow even when there were four or five guys standing around. Self park is not even an option. Check-in was slow. View was horrible- we had an inside facing room. I've had nicer stays at budget hotels. Don't expect much from this place. Every amenity is charged separately.
Staff, food, and location were all great. Our vehicle was damaged after paying a $70.00 fee for 2 nights of parking and the staff basically told me we were shit out of luck on them even attempting to offer to repair the damages even though they were the only ones that had access to the vehicle. This was a very huge disappointment. We may pursue the matter legally.
Only thing I liked was convenient location and the service was very friendly. I can't believe this hotel has 4 stars. It barely feels like a hotel and its quite impersonal. The CNN aspect is interesting but the building feels like an office with the hotel as an after thought. The rooms are super out of date and there are no outlets that are easily accessible near the bed which is super annoying for plugging in devices. Also, you have to pay $15/day for internet. SERIOUSLY! Internet should be free and included in the price, PERIOD. The nickel and dimming is super annoying. It reflects how out of date the hotel is. I'm not sure how other ATL hotels are but I'd encourage you to find a better place to stay. I really hope ATL has better options than this place.
Location is great. Easy walk to Phillips Arena and other attractions in the area. Valet parking attendants were wonderful!! Booked online thru hotels.com. Reserved a deluxe double room, with 2 double beds. Got the two beds, in a tiny single room with moldy bathroom in which the tub barely drains while showering, for $358.00. Extra charge for internet!! Called front desk after arrival. Told me they could not do anything about it as I had booked through a third party. Lesson learned.....go direct!
Close to Phillips Arena The hotel is outdated; tried to charge us $3.75 delivery service for silverware; water in shower didn't drain.
We didn't know the limit until we had already booked and gotten the itinerary. Very inconvenient and we had to pay for 2 hotel rooms because we could not cancel. The staff we spoke to on the phone were unpleasant. We were calling to let them know we were going to be arriving late and it turned out we couldn't stay there at all. It would have been nice to know the fine print about the pet friendly hotel before I booked and paid.
Tim at the front desk was exceptional, his customer service was the best.
Very nice hotel! N/A
Desk manager mariadirty roo Dirty room. No wakeup call. poor valet service
Balcony was a plus My husband and I stayed for (3) days. Our room only cleaned 1 time. On that serviced day, only (1) towel returned, and I had to request a towel the next day. My son had the identical room and his wife had gotten ill one night, they had to call house keeping at (1am) to ask for a clean-up. The hotel staff came in and used a wet vac... to pick up (bio-hazard) vomit that had hit the floor. I'm sure this happens from time to time and you'd think they'd use some kind of disinfectant and clean more thoroughly the next day or on the occasion.. No other cleaning application was applied. Gross
The valet parking took to long to get your car
Friendly staff Clean rooms
Very nice, clean, and convenient. Way too expensive. Their green housekeeping program was confusing. Food at the hotel was also outrageously priced for quantity and quality of the food.
Everything was good except for the parking The fact that no one told me I would have to pay for parking till after we checked out
The workout room was nice and clean.
The hotel was beautiful very clean the pool was great and the staff was very friendly The bathroom door did not lock and the sound proofing for the rooms were awful
Fire alarm ringing all night in the room next to us
Location and price. We requested 2 beds and a pull out or cot on this website. We were told that that set up was a fire hazard and no room in that hotel was set up like the one we requested. We were given the "hospitality suite" which consisted of a bed that pulled down from the wall, a pull out couch, and a cot they had to roll in. There were no actual beds.
I love the pool area and the staff was very friendly! The room was not clean and the beds were old, worn and squeaky.
We loved the setups of the room, pool was amazing kids loved it. Did not like paying for self parking, valet parking I understand bt paying for self parking wasn't use to that.
We are frequent Sheraton customers and specifically went out of our way to stay here at the Atlanta Sheraton. The parking is a joke. You have to park far from hotel then take a small path down a small car ramp and with kids and luggage it's not only scary it's dangerous. The hotel wasn't as clean as most Sheratons but most of all the rooms were extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all with the noise. Will not stay here again. On a positive note the pool was nice. Not clean Super noisy Parking is a nightmare
A little bit for everyone Children in your spa area and in spa playing quite a bit. Loud .
I loved Jazzy J in the club lounge ! He was SO AMAZING! BEAUTIFUL Spirit! Supurb customer service ! I loved the indoor pool garden ! Wish there was a sauna .
I like being close to the Atlanta area. I like the building architecture and the modern furniture. After getting our key room, the reception attendant was not too clear about our floor number or room number, so we got of course in the wrong elevator (I had all the bags and three small kids). It was a little frustrating I wished more hospitality and clarity for our first time there... Then the next day the alarm clock in the next room to ours started beeping at 5am with no one there to turn it off. I had to call the guest services to ask for someone to turn it off. Of course all the kids I had sleeping with me woke up at 5am!!! not the way you want to sleep at a 5 star hotel!
the restaurant service was awful. we went every night. food was great, service was terrible.
Customer Service, lobby, Starbucks on site $35/day for parking
Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Air worked great. There was alot going on at the hotel that weekend but check in was pretty quick and the riom was extremely quiet.
Short weekend trip and could not have asked for more. Excellent service and friendliness impressed us and our friends. It was perfect. Nothing. It wasperfect
Great staff, perfect location, very central. Unique architecture. Highly recommend.
The bathroom needed a fog fan. One of the shower doors didn't move very well.
They had amazing customer service!
Big hotel. Accommodated my early arrival. False alarm went off at 5:30am, waking all guests. It was not resolved until about 20 mins later.
Overall, pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Would definitely reccommend
it was a nice room and pool. no where to park except down the street at midnight in downtown atlanta with my daughter. we first sat for 45 minutes to get into the mariott only to find out they had no parking because it was full and so we had to go down the street park in a parking garage, and walk back two blocks with our luggage at midnight. I will next year stay someplace that offers more to there guests. I was disappointed also in the staff very unhelpful, I just was not impressed at all with what I got for my money
Clean room 45 min check in, valet was full, took 2 hours to get s toothbrush
The shower was nasty. Hairs in the shower and around drain. There wasn't enough towels.
TL,DR; List: - Clean and modern - Awesome view - Two blocks from Centennial Park and all the attractions there (Aquarium, Coke museum, etc) - The staff was pretty awesome and very friendly We were there for only two nights for a concert that was in the park, so the location was the entire reason I chose the hotel. The room was a tad small, but well maintained and modernly furnished. I wish they had glass doors in the shower instead of a tub and a curtain, as I have 3 kids that don't know how to keep the curtain in the tub and thus the water not all over the bathroom floor. There were a LOT of places to eat around the hotel, but most were either SUPER pricey or not opened on the weekend as the most likely catered to the business crowd. There is an underground mall that we found had a pizza joint and a chinese place opened. Waffle House is also a couple blocks away, and on your way to the park. We also walked over to The Varsity for lunch so the kids could experience it. It was about a 20min walk each way. Other immediate eateries I saw: Hooters (across the street, open till midnight), Hard Rock Cafe (also across the street), some brazillian steakhouse that looked AMAZING, a fish place named Ray's that looked pretty pricey, several bar-and-grill type places, and some cozy little place a block down that had a cute name that had southern food. Parking was crazy. My GPS took me to the smaller entrance, so I wasn't aware there was self-parking right at the hotel. It was $22 per day to self-park, but I ended up where the guard pointed me towards a block away for $20 a day. I would have rather paid the extra $2 a day and had the car in a more convenient location. Since we were just there a couple days, and had no intention of going anywhere in the car, the only benefit would have been packing our stuff into the car and taking off without having to walk through the city with all our luggage. The pool was a bit interesting. I loved the fact that it was inside, so even though it was raining all weekend, the kids and I were able to take a dip. It's a strange little pool, not concrete but rather some sort of plastic insert. The biggest let down was that we did not see a hot tub. Nothing better to relax after standing for a 4hr concert in the park than to relax in the hot tub. Also, to get to the pool (and the workout room), you have to go to the 9th floor, then over to another elevator off to the side, then up to the 11th floor. Seemed very strange, but I guess they may have added the pool later. Lastly, we found out the last day that you can go up to the tippy-top floor, where they have some observation decks setup. We got all excited, since the hotel is like 70+ floors, and we were told you can see several states away. However, we found out that it isn't opened until like 3pm, and being out last day and having a 8hr drive back home ahead of us, we were not able to actually go up there. Oh well, maybe next time. TL,DR; List: - No free wifi in the room - Parking is a mess, and valete is pricey - There are a few restaurants in the immediate couple of blocks, but most of the cheaper options were not open on Sat or Sun (not the hotel's fault, I know) - Most of the channels on the TV were not in HD or were VERY fuzzy - Pool is strange to get to, and no hot tub
View from the room was lovely. Used to having breakfast and parking included in the price of the room.
The Westin Peachtree was a lovely hotel; we would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that we went to the bar for some late night snacks/drinks and it took an incredibly long time for us to be served. The food took an hour and we only ordered a quesadilla! Granted they were busy, but I think they should've been able to handle the crowd since they are a well-established facility. There was no manager there to address the issue. That being said, we also ate breakfast there the next morning and the service was very prompt. Overall the hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable.
Great hotel with excellent service. - typical of a Westin! View of Centennial Park from the room was beautiful.
Very nice room with amazing view of dowtown
I loved how accommodating and welcoming they are for pets. The cost of the room based on the size. Was expecting something much bigger for the cost of the room.
Close to all I needed, amenities were complete Noise, heard next room talking till 3 am.
Incredible views. Within walking distance of almost everything Atlanta has to offer. Friendly staff, quick to respond to any requests at any time of the day/night. Our AC unit lost power at 11pm, they had it working by 11:30pm. ORDER A DRINK at the bar on the 73rd floor and then sit back and relax while the room rotates, giving you the best view of every part of the city. Worth the money. Only complaint - the beds in the double queen rooms are small, and do not comfortably sleep two adults.
Location Poorly managed and staffed. Rooms need insulation from the hallway sounds. Charged for Internet when I was told it was free as a Starwood member.
Location,luxuries ,clean,staff,view Valet parking
The hotel is probably the best in Atlanta. Especially if this is your first visit. It's pretty cool because you can go on the 72nd floor and see the entire city. Well the parking was terrible. We were really disappointed. We decided to self park vs valet, grabbed a ticket.. This parking garage is so tiny. We drove around looking for parking, ended up on the top floor. No parking. So we had to leave the parking garage. Paid money to drive around looking for a spot. We ended up Valeting. The next day we checked out, and came to find a note on our truck that another car hit our truck and ran. Good thing a couple saw and left their car info. Basically the parking is the worst part.
The beds, service, staff, everyone is here to help you enjoy and relax life. My favorite and only place in Atlanta I will stay.
I mistakenly booked a reservation here and called 10 mins later to cancel. I was told on the phone that I would not be charged anything for the cancellation but was charged $224 for not staying there. I understand cancellation fees but don't make promises you won't keep.
champagne at check in.
The employees No pool or jacuzzi. Or free breakfast
The Hotel while a Ritz Carlton also has a boutique feel, the rooms are exceptional in function and style. All of the staff that I interacted with were warm and friendly There was nothing I did not like
Great service and friendly efficient staff.
The staff at the hotel was without question second to none. I travel over 200 nights per year so I have a bit of hotel experience. The traffic at the front was a bit much, but the Valets manage it extremely well. The Valets are the best I have ever seen.
Location Room was tight. The did not take the effort to find my marriott rewards number ( did not have with me). would not consider an upgrade evin if I paid because I booked with this site.
Everything on the Room Service menu was excellent.
Great meeting hotel, with the best and friendliest staff anywhere. Really good lunch options are in the contacted food court.
initially given poor room. charge for room from Hyatt showed up on my card
Very modern and clean! Really enjoyed my stay there! I did not like that the hotel charged me $126.00 to park my vehicle for a 2 night stay. I was not informed of this charge until check out.
Loved the location? Could of been a little cleaner.
Location and the people are awesome. Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.
Great staff, great location, great place
Computer downtime meant manual check-in system with pen and paper. They had all hands on deck and handed out vouchers to guests in long line, served drinks (alcoholic included) at no charge, and walked you to your room. Overnight parking was very pricey (I think $35/day).
Excellent front desk and bell staff. Plenty of rooms for early check-in. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city. The interactive TV menu is cumbersome, the mouse on the remote is crap and takes like a million spins to get anything done. Its just not very usable sometimes.
I like the fact that is in the city ,and I didn't had to rent a car everything is just there great location. But the room that I got its wasn't clean everything just was dasty the sheet was very dirty I don't think that hotel with high quality like the say but honestly it's wasn't athe all I'll give it rate 5 star only because the location was great.
Comfortable bed , I was upgraded to a king and also put up on a higher floor by request. The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.
The bed and the pillows There is no electrical adapter
This was the worse hotel experience of my life!!! They had overbooked the hotel by a large number of guest and had to make arrangments for us at another hotel. The hotel was not in the location we wanted and they did not call and let us know ahead of time of the change so that we could arrive earlier instead of having to go half way across town to stay. The ast. Manager on duty was not appologetic and did not seem to care. I took it as this was a normal occurance by the way they acted.
My girlfriend and I spent a weekend in the city and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was perfect for our needs, it was clean and everything was as we expected. It was convenient to several restaurants and shopping. would definitely consider straying here again. Parking is probably my biggest issue, it's a little too expensive and wish it could be complimentary to guests.
The Bed was so comfortable!!!
Almost everything was perfect except the size of the room for a family of 4. The food arrived to the room not hot but a little cold from room service. Room size was small for a family of four. Beware if your flight arrives early check-in time is at 3pm!!!
The hotel is perfectly situated in mid town. The staff is wonderful, facilities great, and great food. The bathrooms are a little dated and need to remove the tubs and put in bigger showers for two
Very hard to get a waiter at the Sunday brunch. Not used to having to search for help at Four Seasons hotel.
Was all good
very nice staff very accommodating liked food in bar and lctaion was perfect for us high price, nothing special about the room or bathroom, early turndown very poor value for the money
Everything!! Especially how they accommodated my 10 yrs old granddaughter and made her feel special. They even made her and her stuffed animals name tags. That was just too precious!! With there was an ATM on every level.
Very friendly staff! Excellent Nothing
Lobby and surrounding areas were beautiful. Close to the places we wanted to go. Room was very small for the money even though I got a deal. Beds were really small. We have never stayed in a room with 2 beds that were not queen beds
ease of access to airport The restuarant is pretty dreary and service needs attention
Everything was just fine. The breakfast Buffet was wonderful, pool areas clean, and properly maintained. Parking area around back was well lit, and secure. Will come again!
nothing the room had not been clean, the shutter service was not on time,i had to take a cab to the airport,to pick up my to be wife, the food we oder was a hour late.
Very nice staff and reception. WIFI in lobby was free and good, in rooms you pay a ridiculous fortune. Bathroom had water on floor. Room smelled of humidity and bathroom door was rotting. Bathroom fixtures very badly installed !
The Beds were extremely comfortable. I am military, but my wife like it also. I didnt like the fact that they're wasn't a microwave in the room, nor the did I like the fact that I had to pay 10.00 for parking, I am staying in your hotel right? The internet was not free...12.95 for standard net is rediculous giving the fact that a 40.00 hotel can provide free internet.....UNSAT
The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. N/A
I liked the staff. The easy access of the shuttle service to and from the airport was also great. I wish I had ben informed upon check-in that my room was right next to the elevator. I'm a light sleeper so my slumber was interrupted by the noise of the elevator.
Proximity to airport
The helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the fitments within the room, the bar and restaurant were all of a very high standard.
The staff was nice. We had requested a late check-in. Their website says to call the shuttle from the courtesy phone after 11pm for a ride from but their hotel is not listed there. When I called the hotel from my cell phone and pressed the number for shuttle service, no one answered. 5 times it rang until a busy signal started. When we got to the hotel, the front desk attendant was really not apologetic. She "upgraded" us to an executive room because they had sold out of the king we requested but the executive room was two double beds. The carpet of our room and the bathroom were dirty. Like They didn't clean the tub or vacuum the carpet. This place was disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again and hated having to stay even for the mere 6 hours we ended sleeping after having to find a cab to take us to the hotel and paying for that ride.
My kids told me after we left the indoor pool thay this was the best day of thier life!
Rooms were clean Stayed 2 nights, including new years eve + day Nearby rooms blasting music early in the morning, front desk powerless to do anything about it. Unfriendly staff. When I asked from desk attendant for a bottle of water, she snidely responded "absolutely" " That will be $2" (with evil grin to go with it) Shortage of parking spaces.
The hotel itself is beautiful: cold but tastefully decorated. We waited 45 minutes for our room keys. During this time we toured the spa and the pool deck. Upon check-in we alerted the staff that we were hungry; no one made mention of the fact that Paces 88 closed at 3 pm and didn't reopen until dinner. The butler assigned to us was anything but helpful. Went to see the concierge. The chef concierge Jeff suggested we walk across the street to Whole Foods for a lunch buffet. Not quite what we had intended; a recommendation of The Capital Grille would have been more appropriate. Room service it would be. When we got back to the room there was no dining menu. A call to the ''butler'' yielded a 20 minute wait while she fidgeted with her computer so she could view the menu. She read one-word descriptions and asked what we'd like. I asked for a print out of the menu. That took 20 minutes to deliver. We walked to Brio, the highlight of our visit. I scheduled a 90 minute facial to help myself relax in the Remede Spa. Several times during the treatment the sound of a washing machine on high spin cycle erupted, startling myself and the spa technician. The tech apologized and said she would find out what the noise was so that the next person wouldn't experience it, with no concern to my experience. There are still signs of construction going on throughout the hotel. If the hotel wasn't ready for guests, in my opinion, they shouldn't have opened. A good first impression is always important. Overall, probably won't visit this hotel again. The Ritz Carlton has better service and much more concern for their guests.
This hotel was superb! The rroms were well appointed, spacious, the bed was like sleeping on a hundred soft pillows. The bathroom had a deep soaking tub and a TV hidden behind the mirror over the sink, behind 2-way glass! If you need a ride to nearby shopping, you get ferried in the hotel car which is a Bentley! Food was great, service was flawless. Would stay again without hesitation.
Guest room Lobby Hotel Exterior I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests who checked in to the new St. Regis Atlanta which opened on April 14th. I arrived to the hotel shortly after their ribbon cutting, and the hotel felt very alive. judging from the first moment I walked in to the hotel, I felt like they have been open for over 5 years, and that nothing seemed to be worng. I had the most warm and welcoming arrival - the doorman was very pleasent and asked for my name, he quickly assisted me with my bags and escorted me to the front desk. They knew my name as soon as I arrived, and checked me in (and gave me a nice upgrade as I am a Platinum member) to a nice suite. I was escorted by the front desk person to the floor, and met my butler (yes, I had a personal butler). She was very nice and escorted me to my room. she explained about all the services they provide and offered to unpack me and provided me with a great explanation about the room (they have a cool TV in the bathroom miror). The gym is overlooking the pool and has one of the best equipments I have seen. Although I didnt have a change to use the spa, it looks like a great experience. The bar and restaurants were full with people (which I guess came for the first night). This was a true 5 star experience - i will be back next month to Atlanta and will not look for any othre place to stay.

It was very well decorated, clean and overall looked like a four/five star hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It's literally 500 feet from the airport runway. You can hear planes taking off and landing as you walk through the hotel. I had a room facing the runway and could hear the planes taking off as though I was at the airport. I switched to a room on the other side of the hotel and it cut down on noise considerably until about 1 a.m. when I heard a train passing through. If you're a light sleeper I would not recommend staying here.
Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendlier and more service oriented than last time. Betty and Vanessa in the restaurant did a great job. Why would a higher-end hotel like this not have the local paper (Atlanta Journal) available for sale? They did not have it six months ago either. $15 Internet for 24 hours is a bit much. But the wired speed was very good.
The kid loved the view of the airport, and honestly, considering that we were practically in the airport, I thought it'd be louder. Nice hotel, excellent breakfast! You will hear the planes all night, but didn't keep me up. Totally worth it to be able to watch the planes all night, it was kinda fun.
Staff was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Room was comfortable. Could only find one plug, not enough to charge our devices.
Location clean rooms nice staff free shuttle My food order Not done, Bottle water very prices
Good room, great check in and check out, great food.
Great airport view, comfortable room. Breakfast buffet not well refreshed although there were plenty of staff and few customers, ice machine on my floor not working, not marked as O/O. No Saturday newspaper available.
This was an absolutely amazing experience from check in to check out. Theres was nothing I didnt like.
The check in was fast and friendly he put our parking on a key and charged it to my room so I wouldn't have to mess with that the next day! The room was cozy and comfortable. The bed was soo comfortable I fell right to sleep. I had a view of the airport but didn't hear not the first plane take off, I was worried about that from reading reviews. No worries cause I slept through the night! It definitely had a luxury feel to it which was nice. Breakfast the next morning was great. It was well stocked and the entire staff was super friendly and willing to help with whatever you wanted. The shuttle service to the airport was fast and efficient. The hotel driver was extremely helpful with were we needed to go. When we finally checked out that was quick and effortless. The entire experience was a win/win! I got a luxury hotel for a non-luxury price! I enjoyed myself and had fun. Definitely recommend and will stay again!! What I didn't like is very minimal and the good of the experience far out ways my "bad"....the PARKING LOT, we arrived at 1 AM and didn't do Valet parking, we cruised the parking lot for probably five to ten minutes looking for a parking space. We found one but it had a sign in front of it (not handicap, Renaissance Ambassador of the Year) that clearly stated we shouldn't be parking there. Upon checking in the staff told us it was fine and not to worry, we were "Ambassadors for the night" but we did get the very last parking spot in the parking lot. Overflow parking is across the street, which at 1 AM would not have been fun! Also, when I booked the hotel I knew I was going to have to pay for parking but the website said $12 a day and $16 for valet but it was actually $16 a day and I'm not sure about valet. BREAKFAST, it was a tad more expensive than I was wanting to pay BUT the quality and the quantity of food at the buffet does make it ok. If you visit the buffet multiple times then it is definitely worth the price but if you only go once I think it's a little much. On four people we spent $56 and one person didn't get the buffet, only oatmeal. The drinks were included but really the kinda should be. The food was great though and the wait staff was super friendly. STAFF MEMBER, we needed to use the shuttle service to take my son to the airport and the one that was being loaded was obviously full and no one else was going to get on that shuttle. We asked the Staff Member when the next shuttle was going to be along and he told us 45 minutes. That wasn't going to work for us! So we start to the parking lot to take our car instead and we see another shuttle bus pull up so we head back and indeed he's going to the airport. The shuttle driver made up for the other gentlemen but it was irritating. When we got back I noticed that they have shuttles almost one right behind the other, so I don't understand why we were told 45 minutes. It worked out so it's ok.
Comfortable bed, polite and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, clean bath tub with good water pressure, no charge for printing out boarding pass Terrible restaurant - slow and nasty tasting food. Room looked out on airplane runway but since hotel is close to the airport I guess that couldn't be helped.
We flew into Atlanta to go to the Garth Brooks concert. From the shuttle, to the amazing staff, to the beautiful accommodations this was an excellent hotel. We loved the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor, and the beautiful patio with the outdoor fireplace it was so nice. I highly recommend this hotel. There wasn't much bad about this hotel except for the fact that you have to pay to park at the hotel whether you valet or not. Obviously this is an airport hotel so it's going to be far from town but the Marta train from the airport really helped. Not the Hotels fault but there is nothing to do around the airport so you have to pay for a cab to get to get anywhere like we paid to get to a bowling alley and back which is $35 each Way. You can take the shuttle to the airport and then take the Marta train to downtown. Kind of a hassle but that's not the hotel's fault. Just make sure that you have a rental car to get around or you will be stuck at the hotel
Given the fact we were only there for one night and flying out the next morning it was excellent. We didn't have a car and I was dreading being stuck without much food options. The hotel restaurant was good and had plenty of options including a sushi bar. We shared a reasonably prices item to share (and it was marked as such). The room and the king size bed were comfortable. Check-in and out were very easy. We'd prepaid so there was nothing more to settle, just phone and check out. The shuttle service was quick and we got to the airport in plenty of time. It sounds like a nitpick but the bathroom wasn't that impressive. Just your standard small space and shower. But this wasn't a resort.
it is a great hotel, should just book it from the hotel website. your service sucks, you did not get my room settled even when I am at the check in counter, will not book from your associate company.
It was comfy, when we got in... We couldn't check in until the afternoon, didnt even get a full 24 hours
Our service was wonderful! The front desk clerk was funny and friendly. There is nothing we didn't like - it met our needs wonderfully.
Nice, clean and staff friendly hotel. The distance we had to walk to parking lot.
Good God the beds were amazingly comfortable. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had to catch an early morning flight.
shuttle to airport, starbucks, nice lounge hotel bids didnt notify marriott of reservation.when I arrived I was told by the night manager that there wasnt a room reserved for me.
clean, quiet, good service
The new room was clean and comfortable. They were quick to bring the extra towel we needed. I also liked the ask us button on the phone. The customer service was excellent! The employees were all very friendly and helpful!! We were first given a room that was not clean. The room we were given was over the pool, but we were hearing screams at 8:00 Am from the pool people. The rooms need to be more sound proof when they are over the pool.
I liked how it was a nice environment the pool area was beautiful I was a little upset with the actual size of the room as well as the bathroom.
I arrived close to midnight after a long day of traveling and the staff was still very helpful and energetic. All bars and restaurants were still open which was awesome because as many of us business travelers know you can show up and everything is closed and you end up having dinner from a vending machine. Room was very clean and had great amenities. First time staying there and I will be back. Great location for airport also.
I love staying at the Grand Hyatt ! The staff always remembers us and are always so helpful, the food is great, they have a very nice bar area that we enjoy coming to after dinner, and once you get there you really don't have to get back in your car because the driver can take you most places!! A great place to stay for a weekend!
The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very attentive One of the night front desk staff members said something rude to our group when we arrived home.
Steam room, sauna, and luxury shower all included in the gym area. Great pool and comfortable beds. Will absolutely be back!
The bartender was very informative with an amazing personality!!!!!!
Friendly helpful staff I stayed in two different rooms that were smelly - one smelled musty, the other smelled like marijuana smoke. We didn't enjoy that.
I know this is silly, but the late night room service menu is lacking for good snacks and included mostly salads and sandwiches. Not exactly what most people would look for on a late night menu! Parking is expensive and wifi is only free for 24 hours.
Gym Sauna Great staff
Clean Location proximity to my office location Approachable-ness of staff Asked for a quiet room, they confirmed a quiet room. After a late arrival, I was awoken at 07:00 the next day to jack hammering and drilling from the room next door, which continued until I complained at 08:00 (front desk did not appear to be aware, needed to contact engineering). Room service forgot to include bring one of the items that was ordered and itemized on the bill until after I pointed it out that the item was missing.
Clean, nice pool and walking distance for most bars/restaurants. Although the booking sites claim "free wifi" and "parking", both are additional. Parking is 30 dollars a night and wifi is 12 dollars a day. When we came in the man who checked us in reassured us of this when giving us our keys. the lady who checked is out was very persistent about us paying parking per night. Essentially if you stay for a week expect a 210 dollar fee. This is not the valet fee, just parking deck fee. The woman at check out was very rude about this charge.
loved the steamroom pool was clean and the temperature was perfect didn't love the fact there was no jacuzzi waitress in the bar wasn't the friendliest parking was not cheap $24 to self park and &35 to valet
