The location is beautiful The Maldives is beautiful but I have to say that policies and staff could use some adjustments. They would not let us check in early and the hotel was not full at all. We went to the hotel restaurant and they called to tell us the rooms were ready but would not bring the keys to us. Little things that make a hotel great.
The white sandy beach and the spacious and private island resort. We would love to visit again in the future. Being honeymoon couple, they had offered a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit on complementary basis which we did not receive. They were asking for our Marriage certificate and proof that we were married to receive these complementary items. please make sure what all you get and what all you dont before you reach this place.
A very nice resort with comfort and luxury. Excellent beaches and fcilities. Nice rooms and good restaurants.
It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Seaside and coral reaf around Bandos is very nice. Very good gim, food and nice cocktails. It was a bit long while waiting for a serving of tea or coffee during the breakfast. It would be better to have a coffee & tea station as a part of buffet, so that guests coul´d take drinks by themselfs.
The room was huge and very nice. The entire resort is on a private island, with a beautiful beach. The food at the restaraunts was very good. The only way to get there is via a boat ride which costs $77 per person round trip.
nothing Room cleanliness was very bad..there were ants in bathroom
Everything is pleasant like most Maldives' hotels, short of special features and surprising touches. Their water and sand are the gift from god. Food is below expectation with cheap ingredients used and you have no choice but to pay high price for them.
The staff of the hotel were friendly and willing to help and offer assistance. The food was good especially the tuna The cleaning staff did not do a good job. They do not clean very well
Location, amazing setup and great customer service Things are bit over priced...
The location and facilities are nice. But service is awful! The restaurant service was a headache, from breakfast(without buffet) up to dinner, every single meal we had problems! But the worst part is the managers who we had to del with afterwards....Instead of helping they where very rude and unpolite, they don't care about ours complains. Is they lowest service that i've ever seen in a hotel/hostel...not ven in a 1* !!!
We had a wonderful 4,5 days honeymoon stay at Coco Bodu Hithi resort island. Its a luxurious resort, with outstanding staff and service. Food was very good, our water villa was amazing, a very comfortable bed and we had all needed amenities. It was our first time to Maldives and I have to say that all our expectations were met in full! We will gladly be back to Madives again one day.
The beach Outside puergula The esacape water residence villa Everything is clean and luxurios There were some cockroaches The coconut cocktail is always not available
The overall beauty -- white sand beaches, the ocean experience, the unique crystal -clear aquamarine quality of the Indian Ocean at the ideal location of Maldives, an incredibly amazing spa experience, the scuba-diving, the Dolphin, champagne and sunset cruises on speedboat, the restaurants, the food, the ambiance and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.
The hotel was wonderful in everything. The room rates are too high
The view, the room, the beach Poor service for check in and poor number of restaurants and room service.
I lived in Heaven villa. It`s luxery, very beutiful place!!!! Perfect view, new modern villa.Perfect Italian restaurant.
we were in the haven suite and d villa is just fantastic the staff needs to be trained, english not well spoken and low customer service
It was a totally relaxing experience. The peronnel aimed to please. Even without a golf course there were enough watersports and excursions to do. The snorkeling around the island which could be walked all around in about 20 was awesome. The food was good but we were a la carte and not on the all inclusive. Only breakfast was included with our stay and it offered a complete buffet to please just about everyone. Both the Italian restaurant Il Tramonte and the local and international restaurant The Sunrise at the opposite end of the island offered really good food with excellent service. Both resaurants are on the water with a spectacular view of the sunset and sunrise and the ocean with the fish swimming underneath. The only negative thing I could say and perhaps the hotel had some hindsight....is that they did did place our bungalow next to our friends. We were on opposite ends...mind you it was only a 10 minute walk max.... and slow internet access
It has all what is needed, you do not need to go out of the island.
