Cons: Experience might be different if you have to share house with other guests.
This lovely hotel is located in Bergamo. This accommodation does not accept pets.
Pros: All was fine
Cons: I would appreciate bigger variety for breakfast, but on the other hand it was similar to other pensions/hotels.
Pros: Room, płace etc
Cons: Difficult to comunicate if you’re not Italian, poor breakfast
Pros: Everything was great!, staff was super friendly. Good food.
Cons: Nothing, everything was A-ok.
Pros: This was like most budget hotels in the area - a little old, a little worn down, a little old-fashioned, but ultimately clean, decent and with lovely owners (who do not speak a word of English). There is nothing memorable about it, it is just fine - the room was fine, the breakfast was fine, the location was fine, the price/performance was fine. The best thing about this stay was the enthusiasm and care from the owner which we highly appreciated.
Cons: The bathroom could be better - the water pressure in the shower was just sad and the water never really got properly hot.
Pros: The family who run this hotel are fantastic. They are so helpful and kind. The food was delicious, we really looked forward to our dinner each night. It was such a pleasure to stay here. We will be back!
Pros: I was received with a varm hospitality, and the hosts were so very helpful with transport arrangements and recommendations for skiing in the area. I would recoomend this charming hotel to everyone who can appreciate a break from the beaten track of skiresorts. The ski areas are small, but stunningly beautifull.

Pros: Only the way the architect build the hotel. He used windows and the surroundings very well. The wines also were good but the restaurant staff did not understand very well our requests from the beginning. Not to forget about the fireplace from the restaurant and the girl from the spa reception which was the only one rising to our expectations and she really tried and she was all a smile!
Cons: First the cleanning. There were huge problems with this. We even found an old slipper under the bed that was not ours! Arround the shower there are some deposits of dirt. The bathtube, a great bathtube, very well positioned, was not cleaned by the cleaning stuff. More over, after I requested to be cleaned and had a discussion with the manager they send the cleaning lady in our sleeping hours and she cleaned the bathroom while we were in bed!!! Second of all, the breakfast was so poor that we had to request almost everything! No cheese, no meat, no eggs. Only some sweets. After the discussion with the manager the put a plate with a few pieces of one kind of chese and two kind of prosciuto. Again... no veggies, no other possibilities and no eggs. We had to ask. Third... in the afternoon I tried to take a liquor in the bar and after the girl from the bar gaved me the liquor she started to sweep with the broom rising clouds of dust! Over all... it seems that a great location is operated by a not qualified team of people which is a real shame because the hotel was build in a great way and it has great views and surroundings. There is more... they charged us a few hundreds euros more which not even today were reimbursed, they did not have the courtain at the balcony door which was cut or braked, so we had to go in the bathroom to change and in the evening we had to accept that all the castelans could see in our room; they did not had a fair price: they charged for 5 stars but they make us feel as we stayed in a 2 - 3 stars hotel. At the end, I have to be fair and recognise that they gaved us a discount in the price of one dinner. This did not changed our feelings and we still feel ripped off.
Pros: professional and helpful staff
Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like
Pros: Very good pool area, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast. Had an amazing stay here.
Pros: Elegant and nice hotel. Suite super beautiful! Staff very friendly and welcoming. Clean and amazing breakfast.
Cons: Being high season time room's price was excessive.

Pros: This is a charming hotel with super friendly and helpful staff! My family and I stayed here for 2 days and nothing was a problem. The hotel helped us organise ski passes and in general helped us with our skiing trip. Lovely food at all mealtimes. My children especially loved the buffet breakfast! We would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros: Ski transfers to monte pora and presolana (plus ski passes) and airport transfers were carefully explained and arranged. Our room was upgraded, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was luxury. The hotel provided a wide range of gluten free options at breakfast and the evening meal was of a high standard. Castione itself is a beautiful little town with excellent views, good bars and pizzerias.
Cons: Be careful as I didn't buy a ski pass for my child from the hotel but luckily the ski instruction team had one I could purchase for the sake of ski lessons as the ticket office at monte pora was closed in the mornings.
Pros: Service from the staff, no complaints, everything is fine. Good breakfast and at dinner you can be well served. In the room everything is clean and tidy. Thank you Aurora!
Cons: Of the bad impressions, only one, you can hear the neighboring rooms in the morning, woke up from some strong knock and crying child behind the wall, but I wanted to sleep for an hour more ...
Pros: great hiking easily accessible from hotel
Cons: busy road passing right outside
Pros: the food, the staff, the room
Cons: the hotel is located very close to the main street and so it is a little noisy.
Pros: We stayed for 6 days at Hotel Aurora for a skiing and hiking holiday. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is very nice, clean and has a cozy feel to it, the food is great and the area is beautiful. This will not be our last visit!
Pros: The breakfast buffet was very nice, lots of sweet stuff, flakes, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cheese etc Very nice and helpful stuff.
Cons: We chose this hotel because we wanted to enjoy a sauna evening during our trip. The fact that it’s available only for one hour for free - totally fine. But when we were told that sauna is on and we can use it - it was cold. Around 30 degrees. Took half an hour to become 50. We went in. 15 minutes later, it switched off. We ask to turn it on - it worked for 10 minutes and got switched off again:/
Cons: Very poor standard in Communications. Bed sheet was changed only once in a week and that was only at me asking for it to be done so. The food was very expensive and there was no italain options there were no local wines at the hotel everything was really expensive and not worth your money. if u do not have ur own car u are chaged €40 perday to be brought to the ski resort Ive been going to italy for 7 years skiing and this was the worst hotel i stayed in. I felt ripped off even the rooms didnt match up to the pictures that are shown.

Pros: Hotel is well located, personnel were really kind and nice and help us for everything from check-in till check-out (including the area, how we can find restaurants, also helped us to reach the bus station). Room was really clean and comfortable as we expect. Breakfast was really good as I compare with another places.
Pros: The owners of the property were lovely and very helpful. We were in the area for work during the shoulder season so very little was open in way of restaurants and shops. The owners recommended a couple of restaurants they knew would be open in order to save us trawling around for options. The breakfast spread was great with home made treats.

Cons: The pillow was hard.

Pros: Easy parking
Cons: Very poor breakfast, arrogant receptionist. There is a swimming pool that one can only use if you rent a bathrobe for 10eur. WiFi did not work half the time. The hotel has 4stars but just deserves 3 in my opinion
Pros: The staff were really helpful, beautiful setting in the mountains and breakfast was fantastic - croissants, eggs, fresh fruit, great coffee and really lovely staff. It's ten minutes from Montepura ski slopes, a great family resort brilliant for beginner and family skiing. Also goo restaurants in the village of Presolana with pizza, pasta etc.
Cons: The pizzeria in the hotel was closed this season, we would have liked somewhere on site that was less complicated and vegetarian for our family. Otherwise no problems at all and only 10 min walk to restaurants in the village.
Cons: The hotel was aimed at a Jewish clientele, advertising Kosher holidays, had its own synagogue within the hotel. This wouldn't have been a problem if we were told. The spa and pool area was not accessible to under 16's, which we weren't informed about until our arrival. This being one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. We have children of 14yr,14yr and 12 year old. We booked for 2 adults, 2 girls (both 14yrs old and boy (12 yes old) We were given a suite with 2 double beds !!!
Pros: Nice location, very clean, friendly reception employees, very good breakfast.price is fare
Pros: Large, clear rooms with balcony offering mountain view. Nothing extraordinary but functional, clean and well equipped. Great beds. Walking distance from the centre of the village. Staff very helpful and friendly both at reception and at the spa.
Cons: Noisy neighbours in one of the rooms. Breakfast buffet quality could be improved.
