Location - close to the Auditorium Miguel Delibes, nice sleeping block around. Quiet at the nights.

Staff speak Spanish only, it's ok for me, but would be better to study English. They need some redecorating as well...

This is a great hotel. Very welcoming, english speaking reception staff. A great bar and restaurant although breakfast is too expensive. Rooms spacious but hot! A short walk to local shops and cafe's. A short taxi ride to Plaza Mayor. We have stayed here a few times recently and always had a good time.

as we were on our way back to Santander it was very convenient to Autoroute. It could have been anywhere as was typical Novotel, but good for all that. restaurant was overpriced, especially for breakfast

We arrived before 12 noon and it was raining but they were able to offer us a room straight away

New and very nice hotel, with an excellent location in centre and very good facilities and super friendly staff who speak amazingly good english for spanish understandings. We came with a 9 person bus wich did not fit in the underground garage, so they immediatly offered us the director's parking place. Design interior is very nice , super clean. Big rooms with raindance showers, feels like a tropical rain shower. The children had a great time although the hotel has no play facilities for them, but the staff did all kinds off extra' s for them. Breakfast is very compleet (only 7€ for extra guests) Good value for money.There is no gymfacilities. The big park is only 200 m away and there are big childrens' climb and play facilties and the most important: the two best restaurants of Valladolid Aquarium and Sabores.

The receptionist and several waiters spoke English. Good American Style breakfast: enough to last almost all day. Excellent central location, and close to Campo Grande (large park). Great bathroom.

Very conveniently located, nice staff, lovely stop-off on our way home from Portugal. Advice would be to eat and drink at bar, which serves much more than menu says, good continental breakfast much cheaper than advertised

Hmm. Spanish cannot stop smoking! Sadly the pool was closed for one week only, which coincided with our visit, so spoiled the whole thing a bit.

Terrible breakfast, too expensive. Measls too expensive.Needs a lot of TLC. Rooms starting looking old and tired.

The hotel is freshly renovated in a very contemporary way. It is well managed, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a huge bathtub separated from rest of the room with a glass wall. Very cool!

It is located in a fine position if you have something to do at the Valladolid Feria. Almost inside the Feria.Cheap and quite good breakfast(extra charge), vast parking place in front of the Hotel. 1 Bed room was quite spacious and well equiped. Very kind reception personel.

Everything is OK. The outlook of the Hotel looks dissapointing but the Hotel itself is fine.

A little difficult to find. Had to drive all through the town.

Nh Bálago is a hotel with very high standard and comfort. The walk to the historic city center takes around 10 minutes. We did not want to pay a fee for parking at the hotel and found a parking spot close by. There are plenty of them for free and there is no need to worry because the neighborhood seems to be very safe. The value for money is incredible. We paid eur 68 for a double room in this great four-star hotel.

I liked its location and its price by comparison to other hotels.

The gym facility did not open until 9:00 a.m.

The room was pleasent and comfortable. The location was good too.

Very few of the hotel could speak English so communication was difficult. I was unable to order room service because of this. Vegetarian food is also very very limited! Also the wooden floors in the bedrooms and corridors were very noisy when people were walking around.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when possible. Location is excellent for a downtown excursion.

The conceirge staff was clueless about tourist needs. They could usually not help with anything regarding sight seeing or times of local attractions. They did not have any suggestions for bus tours or even the slightest information. The tourism office is located many blocks away and they too are not very well versed in english, so were not particularly helpful.

The location is very central and within walking distance of all the best sites of Valladolid.

Rooms sited over Plaza San Miguel whic can be rather noisy over the weekend.

This hotel is practically closed on Sunday. Earliest access is from 9 p.m. despite check-in times on website. Of little use to a family or traveller. Bedroom, lounge and bathroom excellent.

Only fit for heating carry-out food. Not possible on Sundays in Valladolid. Ribera did not work well for me

The location of Kris Parque -close to the bus terminal- made our trip very safe and convenient.

Great scenery, fantasticly renovated old building, very friendly staff and great service. The hotel made our weekend in Valladolid very special!

It is located about 5 to 6 Km from the old Valladolid City Centre, so you need a taxi to get there. But it's location offers a great relaxing atmosphere.

I liked the location - just 2 minutes from Plaza Mayor, all shopping streets and cafes. The room was comfortable, although not very large.

I don't think, that it was a big disadvantage, but still: parking is located in a not very comfortable place.

The internet speed was terrible!!
