10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts are really nice, they indicated us plenty of things to do. Nice view and with Uber and even the bus, really close to the center. The house is charming, wood and colors, really authentic. Great place
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hidden jewel high in the hills of Valparaiso. Host, Ernesto was very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: Far from town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, wonderful views, extremely clean, and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow, amazing views from the large terrace overlooking the magnificent pool and beautiful garden. Our hosts were lovely and provided a wonderful breakfast and were fonts of information on where to go and how to get there. Ernesto speaks excellent English and made himself available to pick us up from the airport, take us on a tours and takes us to San Antonio via Isla Negra. The house was a little off the beaten track, but the buses arrived every few minutes to take us into town or further afield. And you can expect to find a travelling musician on some of the buses. All very, very convenient.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and best breakfast of our whole trip, excellent value for money
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect, especially the bed, view, hospitality and breakfast. Extra points for the home-made bread. The hosts Ernesto and Sandra are very welcoming and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ernesto is very prompt and helpful with communication. He helped us immensely by personally providing transfers between Santiago and Valparaiso. En route he also gave us valuable information. The property is gorgeous and immaculate. Swiss standards! Our double room was spacious with spectacular sea views as promised. Breakfast is delightful! Service is perfect. The awesome swimming pool is great for laps and relaxing. The gardens are beautiful and tranquil. Ernesto and Sandra, we can't thank you enough for a stellar stay at Pontoval B&B. Danke vielmals! We can't wait to return to your paradise.
Cons: We loved everything about Pontoval ! We only wished we had stayed one month.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house is so beautiful! it's like living in a villa! The hosts are fantastic & breakfast are great! Room are very cozy & clean & the kitchen is so clean we were worried about dirtying it! Location is a short walk to the bus stop to go to city center. We drove & it's not an issue! The view on the terrace is amazing & the pool in the property is definitely very welcoming! We will for sure stay again!
Cons: Nothing!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The reception from the B&B owner. Very friendly and helpful. Spoke a mixture of languages and had a fantastic house. We stayed in a quiet wing which gave us plenty of space, our own mini-kitchen area and a large outdoor balcony overlooking the pool with views as far as the sea. Breakfast was very good and felt almost homely. Uber's in to Valparaiso were easy and cheap, maybe 2-3 dollars max.
Cons: Only thing that lets the place down is simply the lack of places to eat or drink in the neighbourhood as is a suburb with minimal nightlife. There was a sushi takeaway and an empanada takeaway and an off-licence and mini supermarket but that's it. You have to jump in an Uber for everything else. This isn't a big deal though as Uber's are very cheap and its quick to get in to town. You can also get buses too, but I prefer to walk or drive.
Puerta Escondida - Valparaíso - Building
2
9.5 Excellent (435 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to stay. Great location in the heart of Cerro Conception. Super clean. Great breakfast of fresh fruit, avocado, fresh bread and eggs made to order. Staff was very friendly and helpful in making recommendations to restaurants, getting taxis to the bus terminal, everything. I'd love to stay again.
Cons: This b&b is in a classic and beautiful old Valparaiso house with lots of character, including beautiful wood floors. Bring earplugs if you like to sleep late as once other other guests are up in the morning it can be a little loud. However, this would never deter me from returning to stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great boutique B&B perfectly located in Cerro Concepcion. Wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, very comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: A little bit of noise from the street and the internal stairs at night but wasn’t much of an issue.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was phenomenal on Cerro Alegre. Close to restaurants, shops, the stairs down to the port district and all your heart could desire. The staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was delicious! The B&B is beautifully decorated and the rooms are spotlessly clean.
Cons: The walls in our room were a bit thin so you could hear everything going on in the shared hall and because there is a window on the top of each door the light in the hall can be bothersome but it's easy to turn it off. But these aren't actually issues, just something to keep in mind and pack/prepare for (e.g. packing ear plugs). All in all a great place to stay!
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely staff fantastic location in Valparaiso.
Cons: The window opens to a tiny courtyard and to another bedroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location. Staff was very kind and attentive. Room was perfect with wonderful bed. Great Wi-Fi.

Pros: The mini kitchen inside the room, the chairs and the rooftop
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stay in this little hotel exceeded our expections in many aspects. The house is located in the upper part of the historic center of Valparaiso. From the roof terrace we enjoyed a magnificent view over the harbour and the bay. The bedrooms were large, well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The overall service and hospitality was great. But most impressive was the extraordinary helpfulness and support of the whole hotel team after a serious injury requiring a 2 days hospitalisation of one member of our group. Among other things it was offered to the other three persons to stay in the hotel for an additional night without being charged for that.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great little apartment in superb location in Valparaíso. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Take a bottle of wine and go sit on the roof top terrace...it’s gorgeous x
Cons: The bathroom felt a bit tired to me but that didn’t put us off our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is phenomenal! They were very kind and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for you. The room was sparkling clean, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. We loved everything about the hotel!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was great
Cons: One of the staff members flirted with my male partner which embarrassed both of us - need to act more professionally !

Cons: The shower water flow is not big enough
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is the place to stay in Valparaiso! Amazing staff that greeted you with a smile and any assistance we required. A big thank you to Jorge who provided us with tips on the area and arranged our transportation to Concon. Excellent breakfast! The kitchenette in the room is so convenient and to top it all off there is a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Valparaiso.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building does not catch your eye from the outside, but once you get inside, the modern renovations are exceptional. And the location not only offers “the best view in Valparaíso” but easy walking to nearby restaurants and shops. Finally the staff are superb, very friendly and helpful, particularly Angelina, Ingrid and Jorge. We felt like we had been adopted into the family. And don’t forget to sign up for a Ruta Valparaiso tour which will show you the sights and lots of local color via walking, historic funiculars and atmospheric buses. We’d come back to Valparaiso just for this hotel experience! Dennis St Peter, Santa Cruz, CA
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was beautiful, comfortable and safe. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were fantastic.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is outstanding. The view from room 5 is breathtaking during the day and purely magical at night. The rooftop terrace also has the same view. The hotel provides blankets for the rooftop for those chillier nights. The staff is wonderful and does speak English as well, which was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice and more than enough to start the day. The area is hilly so bring comfortable walking shoes as well as a camera for the building art which is everywhere. The hotel is very homey, quiet, and comfortable.
Cons: Please remember to bring a 220 to 110 converter.

IMPORTANT !! Clean w/great maid service Cheerful and efficient- a true 10
Cons: Breakfast staff should ask patrons if they want eggs etc, and do so right on arrival - they don't, so wh's to know ??
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, walking distance to great restaurants, shops etc. Our room was big and comfortable with a great sea view. Hotel itself is really charming, with great features old and new, so if you have an interest in antiques and art, this is a wonderful place to stay. Staff were lovely exceptionally helpful (especially with a situation of a pre-booked taxi that did not show up- Pablo the hotel Manger came to our rescue and got a transfer for us booked so we made our flight!). Cons: Nothing, it is all good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The historic style of the hotel was great. We got an upgrade for free to a fabulous room with a great view over the town. The young man at the reception did a super job: very friendly, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly, and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed (thanks Jorge and colleagues!). We received welcome champagne, great tips on places to see and eat, and great support and assistance when we needed to change our travel plans. The view from the rooms is amazing, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning down on the sunny terrace. The beds are really comfy. Location is great - we originally planned to stay at the port, but were so glad we stayed on the hill instead. The area is much nicer and there are some great restaurants and sites a short walk away. Parking is available (though limited)
Cons: The roosters and barking dogs are a bit noisy, but you’re going to get that in most of Valparaíso. Steep driveway and stairs, which didn’t bother us, but may be a problem if you have limited mobility
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved this place!! We went to Valparaiso for the night scenery, and the room with the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy it privately. The building/hotel itself is old but it's kept clean enough. Bed was cozy, breakfast was great. Check-out was at 12pm so we could enjoy our morning without any rush. We had a lot of luggage, and the staff helped us with it. Welcome drinks were super cool.
Cons: The showers looked like it could be fixed (water was leaking from the hoses so not enough water reached the shower heads). And it's way up in the hill so taxi is required if you're not willing to walk the whole distance.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! Just the breakfast could be a bit improve but is fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sutherland House was the perfect place to stay for the two days we were in Valparaiso as part of our honeymoon. They immediately welcomed us with champagne, raisins, and olives on a romantic private balcony overlooking the city. Our view from the room was fantastic with windows all around. Breakfast was incredible with toast, homemade jelly, and even freshly made eggs with ham and cheese. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, rustic, and cozy and the WiFi signal is strong throughout. We were so grateful for the warm hospitality they provided.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Sutherland House, located at the top of the hill in Valpairaso. Our favorite part was the lovely staff. They reached out to us on WhatsApp ahead of time, provided free drinks upon arrival, and gave good dinner and drink suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The hotel is in an old house, so I believe the rooms vary in size. The room we stayed in offered great views of the city, but was fairly small so we spent most of our time at the hotel in the common areas.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was exceptional. They went way beyond duty to help us. Stunning views, especially from the corner bedroom on the top floor. Dinner on the small balcony is nice. Decent breakfast.
Cons: Nothing.

I was welcomed with an amazing breakfast (with real coffee) and unbelievable views of Valparaiso. At this level you get an unique 360 degree view. It soon became my favorite spot to relax and take in the area. Sunsets and watching the hills come to life with twinkling lights were a highlight. Pros: Very beautiful hostel with great views of the city. Nice location on the edge of the central-east section of town. Easy access to bus lines. Very nice atmosphere.
Cons: Be warned that there are an awful lot of stairs to be climbed to get to the hostel, and to get from floor to floor. That's a problem for all of Valparaiso, however.

7.9 Good
Pros: Very helpful and friendly owner.
Cons: Pricey for a hostel.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: This old family home being run as a small hotel is a treasure trove of family collectibles and is laid out well, with a beautiful outside terrace. Tea, coffee and filtered water are available at any time of day or night, usually accompanied by biscuits and, if you want, fascinating conversation. Both Carolina and Doris, the sisters who run the hotel, are well versed in Chilean history, politics, the local area and have lived in many places in Chile, so have a good knowledge of the country’s geography too. We followed their recommendations for our two day stay and feel we made the most of our short visit. Transport around the city is easy and cheap, so the location away from the main hotel and restaurant area is not a problem at all.
Cons: Very little to complain about, other than mentioning that some of the fittings show signs of age, such as the shower unit in our room, which is fitted with a very modern power shower, but the doors were coming off their sliders, the tray was slightly cracked and the powerful jets went straight over the top of the unit, soaking the room!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The owners, Doris and Carolina, are the only staff and from the start treated us more as friends than as guests at the hotel. The hotel is on the hill above Valparaiso, but with the information provided by our host, it was made easy to find our way in and out of the area, at very reasonable costs. Where else could you expect the host to provide you with a guided tour of the easy access from the town? The whole experience was enchanting!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Relaxing, nice area, great host.
Cons: The bed mattress was too soft.
7.5 Good
Pros: This is basically a museum. Run by 2 sisters whose grand granddad build the house in 1919. Since then it was the family house and nothing has changed. You are in all the old stuff. Great breakfast on a Terrasse with a view over the city private parking (but a bit a challenge to get into the garage) Sisters who run it are perfect hosts Price Value is nice
Cons: The place has this old smell Bathroom was across the floor Beds are kind of old
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very warm attention. Perfect breakfast.
Cons: Slow wifi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the BEST hotel we stayed in, during our 3 weeks journey. And this was solely due to the 2 sisters who made you feel at home instantly. Whenever you come in, they offer coffee and tea, make pancakes, treat you like a part of the family! The room was great, filled with antiques and curiosities. We slept like angels and were spolt from the first to the last second
Cons: I personally did not mind, but the house is old, and as such has also an old bathroom. It's also steep uphill, so maybe not to be recommended for people with walking difficulties.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The two sisters who own the property are so gracious and helpful. Beautiful view of Valparaiso and ocean. Loved to see the twinkling lights of the city below at night. Nice to see how people live in this city
Cons: I would never drive here
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners are delightful people. They are very friendly and helpful. The exterior terrace has a very nice view of the city and harbor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Doris and Catarina are amazing people. A warm welcome and cups of coffee when required. They went beyond their call of duty and Catarina took me down to get the right tour and then when I was taking the bus to Santiago. Their consideration for me not speaking Spanish was making me feel at ease. They have a wonderful business here and deserve the highest accolades. Thank you Doris and Catarina.
Cons: The only fault was the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We couldn't have picked a better hotel in Valparaiso. Our host Doris was lovely and very helpful in informing us about the highlights of the town. Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand House.

Pros: Great view from the roof terrace. The wine tasting (extra cost) was really good, the owner/wine maker is very knowledgeable and it was a fun experience. Rooms are comfortable with good inclusions like a kitchen and toiletries.
Cons: Location is a bit out of the area that has most of the restaurants and the walk can be steep but there are lots of cabs around and there's plenty of interesting things to look at walking around anyways.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Impressive Hotel!! Great concept to convert shipping containers into Hotel Rooms. Loved the rooftop bar and panoramic views over Valparaíso. Variety of unique house made Pisco Sours are a must try. Having cooking facilities within the rooms are also a stand out factor that would have us back again in the future. Cons: We liked everything! Best to book a Ground Floor Unit, if you don't like stairs. (Although they are sturdy & regulation standards.)
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is super safe and it offers a lovely view. The style of the hotel is super cool, and the rooftop terrace is a great location where having a super breakfast and a pleasant glass of wine.
Cons: The first room I was given had unacceptable problems, such as the lever of the shower that fell down as soon as I first touched that and the toilet cover that was totally unfixed. Issues which I would expect from a cheap hostel, not a fancy hotel as WineBox. After showing my remarks, I was actually changed room but I was also told that they were aware of those issues...

Pros: The rooms are really clean, the beds are very comfortable. The Hotel is run private, the owner has been very helpful and kind. We stayed in Valparaiso during the protests, and he told us which places we shouldnt go to at which time and suggested places nice to see. As we left the Hotel and the Taxi we ordered didnt come, he drove us to the Bus Terminal by himself. The breakfast was also really nice with fresh fruits, coffee etc. Eggs were fried freshly for you. The breakfast room offered a great view over the City.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Music softly playing and people chattering lead me up the stairs to the loft of RC Art Deco Hotel. I was welcomed with an amazing breakfast (with real coffee) and unbelievable views of Valparaiso. At this level you get an unique 360 degree view. It soon became my favorite spot to relax and take in the area. Sunsets and watching the hills come to life with twinkling lights were a highlight. Our host has a very nice family and makes you feel like you are a part of it. All this within walking distance of historical district.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms and great atmosphere. pisco sour welcome drink, very nice host, Luis, great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is absolutely stunning, especially the dining room/lounge at the top, which has a panoramic view of the sea and the city. The decor is like an old-fashioned ship and we all loved it. Extremely comfortable beds, best breakfast I've had in Chile, delightful owner. I've stayed in a few different hotels in Valpo, and this is my favourite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view over Valparaíso, not far from the center. Luis was a super lovely host!

Pros: The host, Luis was amazing and helped us with the travel plans. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The view was incredible of the Pacific Ocean.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in a perfect location. Beautiful views and easy walking to all tourist attractions including lovely museum, restaurants, shops and some of the best art wall drawings. A beautiful art decor interior furnishings. The pool and spa area was quit inviting and talked with guests that were using the pool and they said, the water was amazing. my husband and I were suffering with a cold so we could not use the pool or Sauna. The staff was very helpful and spoke English. The restaurant was wonderful and highly recommend it. My room had a view of the hills and water. The view was spectacular. Lovely place to stay!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Nice little spa. Friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast basic
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff and a very central location to historic Valparaíso.
Cons: The restaurant menu had a limited dinner selection.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was great. The view spectacular. The heated indoor pool felt like being in heaven. Bed very comfortable.
Cons: It was very difficult to walk to the bathroom because of the edge of the bed sticking out too close to the wall and mounted tv.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Everything was nice and up to our expectations. The only unpleasant episode concerned the cleaning and re-arrangement of our room between our 1st and 2nd night: we left the room late - at around lunch time - and asked if it was still possible to do the bed, change the towels... the basic stuff you expect from any hotel. We were told that there was no problem and that the maid would have been working until 8 pm so there was no issue with timing. Once we returned at about 8:30 pm to our surprise the room was the same way we left it. We kindly asked for explanation at the reception and were told that the maid had come to our room at around 7 pm, found that we were still inside and left without cleaning it, and that at that time there was nothing they could do about it. We apologise but this is an unacceptable lack of professionalism and attention towards the client: it is a basic task and a basic service we had asked for, and due to the hotel's lack of competence or professionalism the result has been that out of the 2 nights we spent one in the same un-done bed sheets with the same un-changed towels in a very beautiful, expensive hotel. Another side observation concerns the location of the rooms: 2 of these are on the first floor, basically at street's level. At this height the windows are covered by a thick screen of iron screens to prevent people from looking inside, and this in returns prevents clients from having a complete view over the windows. We feel the hotel could have been clearer in the description of these rooms since this peculiarity could have prompted us to book different rooms in the hotel.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great seaview!
Cons: No drinking water provided.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view from the room was great
Cons: Very unprofessional conduct by hospitality staff who held a loud staff meeting at the next table to us while we were having lunch. We didn’t appreciate staff helping themselves to breakfast and then standing behind the bar to eat it and play with their phones while dirty dishes piled up on our table. Lack of signage to promote safe and heathy access to food. Not very nice to see a man pickup break smell it and put it back on the plate or a boy handle the food on the plate. Appear over staffed at breakfast with only1-2 people working and the main lady leaning near the window playing with her phone and chatting. Menu not what it seems - things listed but not available.. their reputation must be known as when we arrived in the restaurant for dinner at 7:00pm we were the only guests and their was only one other couple when we finished a very ordinary meal. Hotel could be best described as the Chilean equivalent to’Faulty Toweres’!
6.5 Good
Pros: The staff was above and beyond, welcoming and helpful. breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice.
Cons: The location is dirty and far from anything. Not a pretty area. The pool, gym and sauna were small and looked not clean. No adapters to lend out to guests.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff, comfortable beds
Cons: ?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel with secure underground garage. The room was big and very clean. The wifi was at very good speed. There is a nice restaurant on the premises which is good if you don't want to go out.
Cons: The hotel is located close to the port and usually this is not the best part of a city. Nevertheless, I never felt threatened and if you don't want to stay at the hills this area is a good option since there are many shops and restaurants around.
7.9 Good
Pros: Super comfortable bed! Very nice and helpful staff!
Cons: The busy main road.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: The beds, the pillows, the shower was dirty

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming old hotel. Creaky floors and great views
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: the location is great! Old charming historical building the great sea view.
Cons: Instead of a large room with the view as on hotel's pictures, I was put in a small room under the roof with tiny windows facing the wall. The room was on the second floor. With high creaky staircase. The floor in the room was so old and dirty, I was afraid to walk barefoot.
7.0 Good
Pros: Old world charm
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Immaculate and exquisite building in a great location
Cons: This hotel needs to re-think its marketing so guests do not have false expectations. It was built over 150 years ago and is NOT a modern hotel, more like an historical guest house. Our first room opened straight onto the street. It had a bathroom as big as a cupboard. Fortunately, staff responded to our disappoinment and on our third and last night we were given a high floor room with a normal sized bathroom. Sadly, poor breakfast room facilites and ordinary food.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and view. Attractive old style architecture. Helpful staff. Good restaurant with terrace that is part of hotel building if not the hotel itself. The welcome drink.
Cons: Miniscule bathroom - large people simply couldn't get in to the shower of room 9. Not very inspiring breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Due to the unstable situation in Chile at the time of my planned trip, I had to cancel my journey to Santiago. So, I make a gift to a Chilean friend of mine who spent a few days at the hotel instead of me. She told me that her stay was really pleasant, the view from the window extremely beautiful, the hotel very nice and clean and the staff super friendly and helpful
Cons: Everything was great
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Excellent breakfast. Very clean
Cons: Room was very small for two people plus luggage. Lobby was uncomfortable for reading/relaxing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old hotel in Concepcion. You can, as we did, walk for hours around the ridges lines loving all the laneway art work. It has lovely restaurants and bars all around and a funicular to take you down into the old town less than 300 metres away. The hotel has good views, lovely little terrace bar and healthy breakfasts. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and the beds very comfy. The two ladies on the main desk were so polite, smiling and friendly, always providing advice and happily organising Ubers for us. A nice touch was to receive a complimentary Pisco Sour in arrival.
Cons: You had to run the shower for 5 minutes to get hot water - a waste in a beautiful country that is experiencing water shortages.

Enjoy a quick snack or a delicious coffee at our "Comes & Bebes" restaurant, open 24 hours. Breakfast is served from 4am to 12pm.
7.7 Good
Pros: Staff at front desk were friendly enough and spoke a little English; elevators were functioning and clean, room was minimalist but clean and comfortable and quiet; bathroom was clean with nice showerhead; front desk called a private taxi for us when we checked out. A young man on the staff went out of his way to let us know how long we could expect to wait for the cab and to let us know when it arrived for us.
Cons: We missed the full breakfast, so when we went to the self-serve breakfast afterward, the options were limited to basically bread, coffee, and tea. That would have been fine, except staff did not seem interested in making breakfast easy or comfortable for us. The area was messy from the full breakfast earlier that morning, and we had to ask where to sit and how to get our food, because the staff in the cafe area were not especially attentive or helpful to us obvious foreigners.
7.0 Good
Pros: helpfull staff. clean everything worked fine the club across the street blasting music till 5 am. friday and sat and holidays
Cons: the noisy blaring club music till 5 am
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great. Parking upstairs
Cons: Breakfast was only fair
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Ibis is located right on the docks and above the metro station. We loved the colors of the barges and the city outside our window. The location was so central to museums, the historic neighborhoods and important monuments.
Cons: Breakfast was pretty weak and the pillows were a bit clumpy.
