Pros: The location is great, close to the center but far enough to be quiet. The rooms are clean, well designed and equipped. We could cook in the apartment, watch netflix and even use the washing machine we had in the room (not in all rooms). The hotel is clean (pool, jacuzzi, garden) and the staff is very nice!

Pros: After reading all the positive reviews I was a bit worried that we'd be disappointed but we certainly weren't. Just spent a week at the Erietta apartments with family and it was perfect...... Amazing hospitality; so welcoming and helpful and accommodating with giving us a late check out too. Communal areas and apartment was spotlessly clean, pool was a real hit with the whole family and as it was end of season it was quiet which was lovely. On-site restaurant was lovely; beautiful sea views and great food that was reasonably priced with great service. We were recommended to hire a car and it was definitely needed to explore the island as apartments aren't in walking distance of any shops or other restaurants but that wasn't a problem with a hire car and only a few mins drive from Tsilivi and Zakynthos. Hoping we'll be back soon and we never normally go back to the same place twice!
Cons: Struggling for negatives really; if I'm being pedantic kitchen equipment was limited but was enough and I'm sure if we'd have asked more it would have been provided. There also wasn't any basic cooking condiments such as oil, salt and pepper which would have been helpful.

Cons: The hotel has no facilities except for the pool (rocky beach is 10 min of walking away) Having at least a ping pong table would be nice. The restaurant is nice, but the prices are high for zakintos (5 eur for Corona, 6 eur for a glass of house wine, 12 for a cocktail, 20 for a main dish). Breakfast was quite poor in choice and quality. Greek yogurt is your best option. If you want to eat elsewhere or buy water, you need to walk with the cars driving past you - no pedestrian are, which is not about the hotel, but rather the location.

Pros: The hotel location is in the center of the small village of Argassi, so it is perfect if you arrive by bus from the airport. The beach is close, around 200 meters. but I would not recommend it, being too small. Just rent a scooter, atv or car and go 5 km to Banana Beach or other famous beaches on the south of the island. The room was like in the pictures advertised, which was great: modern bathroom with extra magnifying mirror glass and LED light, great bed with 2 matresses and good quality furniture, central air conditioning (really powerful). Breakfast was good and had all the things you normally eat like: cereals, 3 types of bread, fruits,, vegetables, eggs, 3 type of cheese, beans, ham, sausages, sweets, coffee, fresh juice, etc.

Pros: The location was good in terms of the close access to the beach. It wasn't far from the airport and we didn't hear any aircraft noise. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times.
Cons: There was nothing at all to do in the evening, although, it was late October. Everywhere was closed. The food options were rather limited and being allergic to cats didn't like them in the dining room.

Pros: A fabulous view on the balcony over the pool, the sea, with a small island visible between palm trees. Spacious room, with all the necessary facilities, and great cleaning services. Very good breakfast included, excellent restaurant and pool bar open late in the night. We've had good luck of excellent temperatures in the middle of August, not too hot for any outdoor adventure. The beach was excellent with enough long chairs for the guests, and long enough to accommodate any beach activity such as volleyball, kite, or similar. We've had perfect space for great snorkeling, with rocky sea bottom not very far from the hotel, and some wilder beaches for the ones daring to swim a longer distance. Last but not least, the hotel is located near the turmoil of the resort, in a quiet location, still easy to reach to any attraction point on the island with a small rented car (recommended).
Cons: My daughter lost a small ring with a blue turtle, just bought from small shop the neighborhood. We left the hotel and the island with this small regret. But guess what, the personnel found the ring and were very kind to send it to our home by post.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, so much to eat, which I did, so didn't need any lunch. The staff, from the reception ladies to the staff at the pool bar were extremely helpful. I have a couple of slipped discs in my back and I was given a room on the ground floor overlooking the sea. Marvellous!
Cons: I think the only thing I can comment on would be the need for more rails on the stairs, going from reception to the rooms.It was difficult walking down them with nothing to hold on to, same going back up.

Pros: Great location, fantastic helpful staff, very clean and spacious rooms. The views over the mountains and beach were amazing from the balcony. A good choice for breakfast and the pool area (exclusive for hotel guests) was great.

Pros: Having read a review only from the week we booked and stayed we were not expecting anything great from the food. All I can say is that they must of stayed in a different hotel! The food was fantastic. It was varied and fresh. The manager is fabulous. Lots of people arrived late after dinner had finished and she furnished them with some sandwiches free of charge. The 2 bars served local drinks in abundance. The pool is clean, a good size and although its the start of the summer season, even in the height will not feel crowded. WiFi okay for light browsing/Facebook etc. Only a 2 minute walk to the main road of Kalamaki for all the bars and restaurants. Close enough but far enough away. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. There is a supermarket open 7am to 1am next door that sells everything! The price was great. Excellent value for money. Would I stay again or recommend to friends. Yes I would! We did eat out in Kalamaki one evening (it was my birthday) even though we were on all inclusive. We ate at Ellie's Place. Give it ago. Family run, great food and not bad prices. We had a fab night

Cons: Toilet was in the same room as you and more care should be taken to protect the food at snack bar from flys. Furthermore, I think maybe glasses in the rooms could be changed every 2 days. I also feel that more could've been done to help people that were fussy eaters but these are all small things and only suggestions.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, so much choice: full English , fresh fruit, yogurts, selection of breads & cakes, cold meats & cheeses toasting machine there's even a machine to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. Selection of teas, coffee & cold drinks even a microwave to use if like me you want your food/drink hot, not saying food isn't hot to start with as all is served in heated, covered trays but by the time you've collected everything (if you're like me I always forget something, usually utensils) I've been glad to use it. All meals were really good, so much choice even the snack bar by the pool had lots of choice. 1 of my favourite things were the pancakes, freshly made for you & lots of different toppings. Alcholic/soft drinks available all day from 10am-11pm, must say I tried several of the cocktails even champagne (never had that on all inclusive before!) as celebrating both my husbands birthday & our wedding anniversary whilst there but who needs an excuse to drink champagne!
Cons: My only concern was going to the pool side bar, once over the bridge the tiles on the floor were different & became v slippery when wet (inevitable as people walking about after swimming in the pool). I had the misfortune to slip & I fell v heavily & hurt my ribs on the 3rd day of my 2 week holiday. The staff were v quick to come to my aid as well as other people there on holiday. A warning yellow sign was put up where I fell but I feel that that the mat that is already in place at the bar should be extended to the bridge avoiding this issue in the future. The staff at reception were so helpful on hearing of my accident, they arranged for my husband & I to move to a ground floor room as climbing the stairs to our room was too painful. At no extra cost to us we were offered a private pool room which we accepted & made it more comfortable for me to get about.

Pros: When we arrived at the hotel the room wasnt ready but the friendly guy at the reception hooked us up with a motocycle to rent that they brought to us. Breakfast was very delicious every day and the room with the pool view was very clean and spaceous. With the motor bike it was a short ride to the center so the location was good. Big props to the staff as their english was very good and they were very friendly. I highly recommend it and would come back. Best regards from Slovenija ❤️

Pros: there was always food and drinks available, no queues in october, and there were restrictions on AI (ie. there wasn't anything that was not included) -the location was outstanding. on the beaut clear beach - very shallow so great for kids. so warm for october too. the sand is really soft. the staff were always lovely and smiley and say "hello" - including the lovey cleaners. the complex was very well laid out - a pool and a pool bar - a beach and a beach bar - then the main building. the room (and whole hotel) was lovely and clean and modern enough decor (white sheets instead of those patterned ones)
Cons: some of the food was really nice - some was not amazing. some was cold (particularly the beach bar). the breakfast was great. there wasn't a huge variety but there was always something nice to eat. the alcohol was ok - the wine was lovely. the beer was too watered down so we couldnt drink it. the cocktails were basically alcopops but they pour generously! we were put in a room with a very very tough lock on the backdoor- almost broken. we were next door to some VERY loud people (multiple 4am rows) - but that's not the hotels fault. there was no entertainment in the evening

Pros: The adults swimming pool was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was very fresh and plenty. The best thing is the location: the hotel is very close to the nicer part of the Kalamaki beach. It is also far enough from the main road to avoid the noise, but close enough to keep all the restaurants and bars within short walking distance.
Cons: The major disappointment was the lack of free wi-fi in the rooms. The reception desk gave us outdated information regarding some activities in the island. The rooms are not too big.

Cons: The lady in reception was trying to give us the smaller room that I did not booked ... I booked a bigger room De Lux with there beds ( three not two ) but we were given the room with one double bed that could not be separated. May be 20 cm separation. After a long discussion and no apology we were finally given the room I had booked . with three beds one double and and single ..This was not a nice experience in a 4 **** hotel ... For this reason I do not recommend this hotel ... in a 4**** hotel cheating on the room and trying to offer a smaller less expensive room is not expected .... Also very poorly equipped kitchen ( no frying pan , only two glasses no cutting board etc ) . Ia a 4**** hotel you expect more ...

Pros: The rooms were clean and really comfy - great showers! We stayed in 415 and that block seemed new so was really nice. The pool bar food was actually really good and we ate here most days and the swimming pools were good. 3 min walk to the beach where you can see all the planes.... very noisy but this only happens in the daytime and it’s totally fine. About a 15 min walk to the strip with loads of great options. Staff were so friendly and helpful - we ate breakfast there once and there was loads of choice and was all really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here.
Cons: The only thing I could say is that it’s a little far away from the strip of Kalamaki, but a 15 min walk after dinner isn’t a bad thing! And it’s much quieter here too

Great pools and options of busier or quieter pools. Perfectly located to the beach and Kalamaki Strip and great to have parking facilities too. We would definitely stay back here when we return

Pros: Location was excellent for the beach, but bars and restaurants were a fair distance from the hotel - a good 10 minute walk for a fit person. the pools were very pleasant and well maintained as were the gardens. there was no problem arranging for a late check out (11.00 a.m. as opposed to 10 a.m.)
Cons: What began as a warm welcome degenerated quickly when we were left to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (we are over 70 years old). Otherwise, the staff were accommodating and quickly provided whatever was requested. However, the bathroom, whilst very clean and with modern fittings, was not set up to enable us to hang bathroom towels. We found the noise of the planes (daylight hours only) somewhat intrusive, although the spectacle of them passing by the windows at seemingly almost tree level was quite exciting.

Pros: With 6 friends we stayed at Alegria Villa’s. The appartement, pool, outside kitchen and garden were beautifully decorated. Lia was a very helpful host, arranging trips and taxi’s for us. Because it was low season, we could use everything for ourselves :-)

Pros: We liked everything about the villa. It was in perfect location just 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Area was really quiet and peaceful. Villa itself looked exactly like in the pictures it is very well looked after. Lya (sorry if I spelled the name in the wrong way) and her husband was amazing hosts very friendly welcoming made as feel like at home. We even find new friend Max, we all missing him so much allready. If I would ever comeback to Zakynthos I would go back to the same villa with no doubts. Thank you so much for having us and making our holiday unforgettable.

Pros: 10/10 for this amazing villa in a fantastic location. Just in case you’re wondering, it really is as good as it looks! Host: Lia is such a lovely person and the perfect host; She was in contact as soon as we booked and always responded quickly to any queries we had. After we arrived she always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with all things great and small, eg. booking activities, exploring the island and recommendations for eating etc. Thanks Lia for making us so welcome and being so generous with your time! Villa: the villa is EXACTLY as described. The Mediterranean furnishings are beautiful and the attention to detail was really impressive; it was spotlessly clean and had a warm atmosphere that felt like home. The beds were really big and super comfortable, the kitchen had all the modern conveniences and there was a large living area downstairs with another decent sized kitchen. The pool was very well-maintained, with an attendant that came twice a day to clean, and the surrounding gardens were really well kitted out with hammocks, loungers and a BBQ. The villa is idea for families, it’s tucked away from the main village so it’s nice and quiet at night. Surrounding area: a really nice place for families and much, much quieter than the surrounding “party” areas. The villa is only a 5 minute walk to a few really nice restaurants (local fish dishes are fantastic) and a quiet beach with free parking and sun loungers. It’s a really great base for exploring the island. In summary I really couldn’t fault this property and the hosts, we will definitely be returning :)

Pros: The garden was awesome, giving the place quite an unique atmosphere. The house has a great charm, spacious and all required facilities for a week or an even longer stay.
Cons: The shower in one of the bathrooms was not in perfect condition and one of the evenings we did not have enough water pressure to get a shower.
