Location near pub as it was raining.
Upgraded to king suite. Upgrade? Bad lighting. No light to read by near sofa. No end tables near sofa. Bathroom lighting too bright in middle of night—needs night light. No mirror to check back of hair. Terrible breakfast room. Dirty dishes—first spoon had dried food on it as did second plate in pile. Cereal at one table, milk across the room. Fancy coffee machine but half the choices not useable—just regular coffee and espresso which didn’t work. I have same machine at home. Desk and armless chair not adequate if business traveler. No book in room with area details. Poor value for two night stay—close to $400
Cleanliness, reliability, service.
Bathroom ridiculously the same size as room. Extreme inefficient modern looking furniture and fixtures.
Location and staff were great.
Pull out sofa mattress looked worn. Room appeared to be much larger on website.
I was given a room on the 3rd floor that was small and you could hear everything through the door. I called front desk to complain at 5am about 2 people who were speaking loudly in the hall. Totally ridiculous! I spent money to be kept awake!
Showers and the cleanliness of the room. Built in shampoo and bath gel. Kitchen is well equipped. Minimalist design .
No separate bedroom. Everything is in one room.
